“Perfect Stay in Paradise!” Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “Wonderful time!” My husband and I had the opportunity to spend 10 days at Tracy's place and loved everyday! She has stocked everything needed to make it a worry free vacation. It was wonderful to watch the sunset each night from our place. Also, there are a bunch of delicious places to eat at nearby. It was nice to be able to bring home leftovers, to enjoy the next day. Highly recommend Tracy's place.

“A vacation in paradise!” Our recent stay at Sugar Beach was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent in all regards and everyone is so friendly, including the amazing staff and the other guests. The condo where we stayed was superb, with lots of room, all the amenities, and a decor that makes you feel at home from the moment you come through the front door. Your location on the beach is awesome, and despite a little rain and wind we were able to find so many neat things to do during our stay in Maui.What we liked best about our stay was the friendly atmosphere and warmth wherever we went, then being able to come back to this magnificent resort at the end of the day to relax. “Property Management company and resident Manager.” Property management company was supportive and provided very helpful concierge information. Was responsive to simple issue that arose and very professional and pleasant. The resident manager at the building was friendly and very informative. A great experience all around.

“Amazing View!” We had a great stay in Maui at the Kihei Beach Resort. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed looking for whales. Fantastic walking beach where we could have walked about six miles in a northerly direction. The ali'i property management met us our first day and checked back with us to see if we had any questions. If we ever return to Maui, we definitely will consider staying here again!

“June in maui” We went to kihei for my husbands birthday. We stayed in kihei beach 506. Everything was wonderful and the condo was very clean. We loved the location. We were very happy being directly on the beach and loved sitting on the deck. The best part was we slept so good on that wonderful bed. I definitely would stay there again if we go back to Maui. “Kihei Beach Condo” What a beautiful condo with amazing views! From our booking to our greeting by Ali'i Resort's representative, we were given excellent recommendations and introduced to our accommodations. The area is easily accessible to Kihei and north to Lahania. The outrigger canoes added extra enjoyment throughout our stay. It's a perfect place to stay.

“Awesome” We loved our condo at the Royal Mauian. It opened up to the pool and then the ocean. It was beautiful. Great location and fun to watch the turtles. We had a couple of issues with the Condo and ali'i Resorts were so responsive and very quick to take care of any problems. Ali'i staff were very professional and nice to work with.
