“A fabulous exprience staying on the main street of Cortona” We stayed a total of 4 months in Casa Giulia and found it to be the perfect location.The large(about40 sq metres) was perfect. The view of the Val De Chiana are spectacular. Sun rise,sun set and the bells of Cortona are things we will never forget. The apartment is very Tuscan and well equiped. We had a reception for 30 people and food was all cooked on site. If stairs are a concern this is not for you,about 43 steps to apartment. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms worked well for us. Being central was perfect for morning coffee or any other area of Cortona.It was special to be able to walk everywhere and be recognized by the local citizens and merchants. Parking was also handy,a short walk to Piazza Garibaldi then down the escalators to the public parking lot.And last but not least the Terretrusche office is two floors below the apartment. You pass it every time you arrive at or exit the apartment. I must say the service that terretrusche gives is friendly,attentive and prompt. Vittorio runs a well oiled operation. We are returning for six weeks during October and November of 2014

“A week just wasn't long enough....” It was a super hot day when we arrived on top of being awake since 3am but what a brilliant sight it was when we arrived at Casa San Gabriel! Beautiful location set up in the hills with gorgeous views. Chrissie and David were really welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed to get settled in. Plus all the extra toys and books much to the delight of our daughter! We were out pretty much everyday to so many amazing hilltop towns all within an hour of Casa San Gabriel. (Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Montone and more). Returning back to the house was great knowing we could splash around in the pool and our daughter could play in the children's playground. Meantime we could enjoy good food, wine and beautiful views. Thank you to Chrissie and David for their hospitality we are definitely thinking of returning next year.

The house is equipped to the highest standards. Managed by very charming couple with nothing too much trouble. Overlooking a world class golf course managed by friendly relaxed people. “Wondrous place and time” Maridiana is wondrous, with a forested backdrop overlooking Umbria's pastures and fields. Four Californians soaked up culture, especially food and wine, for an autumn week. Uncongested and slow-paced, outside of assisi and Perugia, we effortlessly explored the villages and hill-towns with our host's good advise. Casale is spacious and comfortable, although the beds are a bit firm. The stairway demands focus, and head-dipping; the upper road is best avoided without a high clearance vehicle. But the house reflects its history, and I would return unreservedly -- especially to sit on the lawn at sunset with a glass of sangiovese while wandering alpacas nibble the grass.

“Great holiday for everyone” We were a combination of three families, including grandparent, cousins, friends, including children from 9 - 23 and there was something for everyone. Lots of room for kids to run around in grounds, big pool with lots of chairs/lounges, great outdoor eating morning, noon and night, good kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms in abundance. Ipod dock and books for everyone. We travelled as far as Rome, Perugia, Todi, Spoleto, etc. Highly recommended.

“our vacation at Villa dei Ciliegi was a dream” we have spent 4 weeks at Villa dei Ciliegi. The house is made for a good size family with the open kitchen and the option to eat in and outside, the pool is simply a dream, the garden huge and meticulous maitained, the location on the hill provides privacy and a stunning view and Cortona and surroundings gave us lots of options to explore the tuscan charm. we loved it so much, we will be back next year.

“excellent in every way” The Villa Nuba experience is certainly the best one could hope for. The apartment is great, everything works as it should, and the location is fine as well. Most of all, we enjoyed the service of Giuseppe and his family, who made us feel at home the whole time. A really really recommendable place to stay while in Perugia.
