“A comfortable stay at a great home in Fiuggi” The house is situated in a very good location where the old town and new town are just a few minutes away. The view from Villa Marta is spectacular and it's especially enjoyable sitting in the garden in the gazebo, just by the house. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. The owners of this home were kind and helpful and offered a lot of useful advice on the sort of things that might be interesting to visit locally. I recommend this to anyone staying in in Fiuggi a week or two as there is so much to do!

“Wonderful!” My family and I just returned from a very relaxing week at La fonte and would definitely go back again. My parents, my husband, and my two boys stayed in the Spiga apartment. The weather was perfect, and we spent most of our days playing in the pool and taking bike rides from the house. We were greeted with some fresh eggs, pasta, fresh tomato sauce, and some of the best olive oil I have ever tasted (or smelled!). Katia and her family were all very nice and helpful. We went to Volterra and San Gimignano a few times and had gelato just about every night :) The boys were so happy at the house that we didn't travel more than that. We also lucked out and had the entire place to ourselves for the week we were there. We would highly recommend this place!

“Excellent villa in a beautiful location” We were three families holidaying in this wonderful villa with our children, ages 9-16. The kids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed soaking up the Umbrian sun in the well-maintained gardens. We explored the local area-Montepulciano, Isla Maggiore and Castiglione del Lago (market Wednesday am). We also did Siena on the train. Would have liked to have done more,but a week is not enough. Katia was such a welcoming host,nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much Katia, hope to see you in a year or two!

“very peaceful, amazing view” We stayed for a month in this property and used it as our base to explore Umbria and Tuscany. It is a very beautiful area, and the property has amazing panoramic view of the Trasimeno lake. The property is been renovated, we stayed at the finished 2 bedroom apartment and waking up every morning and simply looking out the window on the lake, starts your day with happiness. All in all a very good stay, I recommended to the owner to add a washing machine, otherwise going to a laundromat is time consuming, boring and expensive.

“Great location at Como Lake !” A wonderful apartment just a short drive from Bellagio. The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped and it has a wonderful view of the lake. With 2 bedrooms it's ideal for more people or a family. We plan to go back there, as we really liked the apartment and what it offered. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing Italian getaway.
