“Good” The place was very nice and cozy, we had a family of 4 and it was great. very clean & also very peaceful!!! People were very nice who live here & stay here. the Pool is very nice goes up to 8ft but they do not have any lay down lounge chairs by the pool so that's a bummer. :) they do have a deck that has them but not pool side only down fall.

“Fantastic Family Fun” It is very hard to pick a place from a website being a person that is very particular. I am always leery that the pictures are better than what I will actually get. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was actually nicer than the pictures. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and décor of this condo. Summer Sands offered grills and two pools as well as washers and dryers. The condo was equipped with all I needed to make meals. I could walk right to the beach and back to the pool. I could even see my family on the beach from the deck. I would return to this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

“Beautiful Beach house. Wonderful owners” My family and I stood at Kelly and Bert's home on June 16th to 19h and it was a great experience. The house is beautifully decorated and it was spotless and clean. I have never rented a house before but due to the size of my family I decided to do so. I stood in the home with 8 adults and three kids. The house was more then comfortable for us and it even had an outside shower to take off all your sand. The Beach was walking distance. Wildwood is a beautiful place to visit for families and groups of friends. My family had a beautiful time. We made great memories at your home and would love to return. Thank you for being so sweet to us and taking out the chairs on Father's day for us to enjoy your backyard. Again you have a beautiful home and we would love to return. “Lots of space a block from the beach” We were a large group: us, our two married sons, and 2 young granddaughters. How convenient to be able to walk to the ocean in one direction and to a quieter beach (toward the Lighthouse) in a different direction. The house is nicely maintained though it had some odor - not sure what that was about. Nice to have a backyard. The house was large enough that we could have privacy and also enjoy time together. Kitchen was small-ish, but definitely good enough. Nice to have two large sitting areas, one upstairs (with outdoor terrace), and the living room and sitting room on the main floor. Ideal for letting us be together or in smaller groups. We were pleased with the ease of working with Jersey Realty -- a real pleasure, esp since this was our first rental of this type in Cape May. We would stay here again.
