“Very Nice!” The place was clean and comfortable. David was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Indoor pool was clean and refreshing and w as s enjoyed several times. It was a short walk to a nice beach area and close to anything you would need. Would definitely book this place again!

“Perfect location. Perfect condo” Great location, for our annual golf tournament. Condo was perfect. Would definitely go back next year.

“Always Amazing” We love staying in Beach Mist #5. Being mere seconds from the beach is heavenly, but it is also nice to lay out on the beautifully decorated deck and relax. We also love being close to tax-free shopping in Delaware. It is a nice, quiet spot that doesn't have a lot of traffic buzzing by, but everything from Billy's to the boardwalk is easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back.

“Ocean City Vaca” This place was amazing, clean and the condo complex was beautiful. If you have kids they will Love here. We had a great experience and plan on visiting again. Did I mention that this condo was very clean. I was impressed the second we walked through the door.

“Beautiful condo on the ocean!” This ocean front, 16 story high, condo not only has a great view, but is so beautifully decorated on the inside as well! The location is perfect because on 99th street, you are just outside of the noisy part of Ocean City and the beaches aren't as crowded as the lower numbered streets, but you're still close enough to hop on the bus or drive to the boardwalk. The building was never crowded and it felt more like a home than a vacation destination. Besides the condo itself, the owner, Wendy, is so beyond nice and helpful with very quick communication before, during, and after the trip. I highly recommend choosing this location for a really spectacular beach trip!

“Great - Just booked again for 2nd year” It was such a welcome surprise to arrive at a place that was nicer than the pictures show. We stayed for a few days last July but wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was nice and the other guests very friendly. Loved walking to the boardwalk, Happy Jacks, and not having to wait for elevators. Will be back this July.

“Rate our stay” We were extremely satisfied with this condo. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the interior was excellent! My only issue was with the dollar store pots, pans, and utensils. I was very dissatisfied with that. It almost ruined the beauty of the entire condo. If that was fixed, I would definitely stay there from now on each summer

“Great vacation spot!” I rented the condo with two friends for the 2014 St. Patrick's Day weekend. The condo was in a great location for breakfast and heading out at night, and close to the bus so we could watch the parade. I found a great coffee shop that I will certainly be returning to for it's no frills great coffee, and a cozy diner, both of which were only blocks away. The condo had a fabulous deck to relax on, and it's in a great spot for people watching. Since we were there in the off season, there were not a ton of people, but I'm looking forward to going over the summer- we've already booked the same condo again!

“Great Vacation” Gret place, great accommodations and very enjoyable manager who we rented from. The house is like new! I plan to do it again!

“Amazing place, beautiful views, very friendly and accommodating owner!!!!” I have traveled here on two separate occasions and have been 100% satisfied each time. My most recent visit I also enjoyed the upgrades that were done such as hardwood floors in the bedroom and various rooms being brightly painted. Both stays I traveled with large groups and there were plenty of room for everyone. Lucio is the owner and he is very friendly, accommodating and eager to please! He cares about how our stay was and is open for suggestions on how to make it better if there were any.

“Amazing house” Amazing house, great location!!! We were a group of 6 and could have easily fit 2 more. Everything we needed was there. End unit, very quiet house/neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

“Excellent” This condo was exceptional for all ages. We came with a large family ranging from young children to adults. It exceeded out expectations from the moment we walked in. Everything was so clean and updated. The flat screen tv and the hooks in the bathroom made it feel like home! We loved having coffee on the front porch in the mornings and often ate our meals outside on the porch. The children loved the open grass area and the community pool. It was perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

“Ocean Block Townhouse Sleeps 12, Ocean & Bay Views” This rental was awesome! Centrally located, gorgeous views of the ocean and the bay from the balconies and very clean.

“Completely Satisfied” My stay was everything I hoped it would be. My family had plenty of room. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. I would love to rent the place in July.

“On the Beach condo” Great location Beautiful view from balcony. clean comfortable beds! Would love to rent again. The couch in Living room needs to be replaced soon To much wear know cushion left in it. Enjoyed my stay.

“GREAT value for OCEAN FRONT!” My husband and I stayed during the last week of June. Incredible price for being right on the ocean! View from balcony is spectacular. Super cozy; super clean. The pool is beautiful as well. Elevator was brand new and a very quick ride to the fourth floor. Starbucks and Dunkin are just a short block away. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We rented bikes just three blocks away on 126th St. and rode through the amazing Northside Park, which is too good to be true. Bike rental was only $9 for TWO hours. That's what we pay for ONE hour when we rent bikes downtown. OC bus is still only $3 a day and comes very often. The owners of this condo are lovely people and very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

“Nice building” Very nice building. Check in was very easy. Loved the place only downfall is it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach. We spent more time in the condo though this way.

“Amazing place!” This is an amazing place! Very clean! On the smaller side but the owner definitely made the most with the space. Was perfect for a family of 4! Will definitely rent from the very kind owner again! I highly recommend this unit! I can’t wait to go back!

“Superb family vacation” Couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation. Debbie provided excellent service and the home was even more beautiful than described. Location was within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the Boardwalk and restaurants. The deck was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed by all!

“Great condo!” We have stayed in Bethany many times & usually stay at another beach community. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Rehoboth and due to the dates of our trip we were unable to book there. Friends have stayed at Bear Trap so we were comfortable booking. The condo was much larger than it appeared in the photo. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was very clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t need it, there were extra blankets available. The screened back porch was wonderful in the morning. Our boys played football in the back grass area. We used the indoor & outdoor pools and the workout facilities. Both were very nice. Our daughter & her friend used the shuttle to the beach and had no problems. Thanks to Michele for letting us stay at her property!

“Great Rental for Family Gathering” Our family rented this beautiful home for our large Thanksgiving family gathering. It was perfect! The owner has a very well stocked kitchen (there is NO need to bring any cookware, bakeware, or utensils for cooking/food prep/eating purposes) and our group appreciated the pool table and toys to keep the younger crowd pleasantly occupied. We would gladly rent this home again for another family gathering.

“Awesome” Our family had an awesome time.There was A lot of room for everyone.The Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made.We also loved the close proximity of the beach. We went to the Big Chill restaurant while we were there and had awesome crabcakes. The sunsets on the decks of the puzzle house were the best. Everyone in the family would like to go back next year.
