“Great condo and location for the money” I am an american living in Costa and this was my first trip to Los Seunos Resort. This Condo has all the amenities that the hotel has however in my opinion, this condo is a much better value than actually staying in the resort hotel. Condo was nicely appointed as well as having a great floor plan. Also, fantastic location within the resort itself.

“Incredible Location, Fantastic Host - Highly Recommended” Our group of 8 had a fabulous stay at Swan Villas. It's just outside of Placencia in Maya Beach. The house is uniquely designed and very relaxing. Loved the private suites and especially the pool, when the heat got to be too much. There is lots of wildlife around, like iguanas and birds. The view is to die for. We enjoyed the kayaks on the "lake" side of the house and walking on the beach right across the street. Great restaurants in the area. We went to the Bistro 3 times. We were divers after the whale sharks and would be out most of the day. The house is very secure and the host is readily available and very helpful. Rudy gave us some great tips for the area, and even on to our next stop in San Ignacio. Would love to visit again.

“Paradise in the Mayan Riviera” What a magnificent place! I've rented homes online before and what I saw was not always what I got. This exceeded my expectations in beauty, location, services and comfort. Udi's home is designed to perfection. The staff couldn't be better. Martin is an amazing chef. We will definitely return. It was particularly nice to go in July when we could watch the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach, but this would be one of my top picks anytime of the year. The bedrooms are all gorgeous and the view from the living room is spectacular. Thank you for giving us the perfect family vacation. It was exactly what we hoped for!

“Best villa and hosts one could hope for.” I stayed at Villa El Sueno de Ocotal for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scenery is spectacular. The room was very well maintained and in excellent condition. All the amenities as stated.. I think the best thing about staying at Villa El Sueno de Ocotal were the hosts. Calin and Silvia are excellent hosts and extremely caring people. If there was anything that you needed, Calin would make sure that you had it and always makes sure that you are well cared for and greeted upon arrival and departure. Silvia always had a ready smile for you. Would definitely recommend this villa. Only negative things were the isolation (easily resolved with a car) and the steep driveway but you wouldn't get the view unless you were located higher up the hills. Thanks again, Calin and Silvia. “Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“Postcard Views from House with Many Special Spaces” This property greatly enhanced our time in Costa Rica! Clean, spacious, and nestled up on the hill providing the most amazing views of the entire bay. My favorite part about staying in this property is that it has so many unique and special spaces that fit our different moods throughout the trip. The pool was a great place to have breakfast and watch the sunrise, to catch some rays midday, or to hang out with each other or friends at sunset and at night. We discovered many comfortable nooks to read our books and cool down when taking breaks from the sun. The kitchen was accommodating when cooking meals just for the two us and when cooking large dinners with friends. The entire suite upstairs was beyond words - allowing us to move indoors and out seamlessly. It was practically like having our own self-sustaining apartment upstairs away from the rest of the house! We utilized the owners' book of local attractions and preferred service-providers. We are so glad we did. Their recommendations allowed us to easily book transportation right from the house to two amazing day trips - ziplining and a river cruise to see monkeys, crocodiles, birds, iguanas. We also had a massage therapist come right to the house, allowing us the opportunity to enjoy professional massages outside on the balcony as we listened to the surf below. Costa Rica is a magical place in its own right. Staying in this property only amplified the magic. This house made us feel like we had a temporary home in Costa Rica!

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“We are hooked.” This was our second trip to the Casa and we must say it was better than the first. My wife and I had 10 days to explore and take in the Country like we had never before. We found the rainy season (Sept) more to our liking and would highly recommend that time of the year to truly experience the beauty of the region. Cannot say enough about Randy's staff and hospitality, something truly unique in todays environment. As I Titled this review as being hooked for it truly did hook us, to the point we have purchased a house east of Parrita and are moving up our retirement dates. “Sweet Spot On The Mayan Riviera” We were thrilled when we first walked onto this rental property and we stayed thrilled through to the end of our stay. We liked it so much that we travelled back there the next year. The house was spotless, the caretakers were friendly and they went out of their way to help us out. The pool was definately our favorite feature, we loved the fact that it was all our own. The beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and the nearest city is about a 15 minute car ride, which is close enough for dinner and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is gorgeous and the a/c came in handy for sleeping. We rented a car and traveled to Mayan ruins during the day and relaxed poolside at night. We really couldn't have been happier with the place!
