“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“Fantastic central apartment in Sorrento with great views” We have just returned from spending a week in this delightful accommodation in Sorrento. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment served us perfectly. Gerardo was my initial point of contact when making the booking and he always responded promptly and patiently to my questions regarding the property. When we arrived at the apartment the owners were waiting with a welcoming smile and they showed us around. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace offered fantastic views of the bay of Naples, Vesuvio, Sorrento and beyond. It was a great place to sit and eat a meal, enjoying the views away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The apartment is no more than a 6 min walk to Piazzo Tasso, 15 mins max to the train station. The apartment is in a residential area of Sorrento with supermarkets, patisserie and Pizza takeaway within 3 mins of the apartment. We were also left some lovely goodies by the owners including the delicious Limoncello. Thank you Apollonia, Francesco and Gerardo.

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “A Corner of Heaven” Just checked out and felt like we were leaving home. House was some steps below the heart of the village and close to the Castle where people gather for sunset. Even so, it was private, quiet, clean, and oh so cool on days we came in from exploring the village. Maria's orientation with us was very helpful--she used a map to show us Santorini beaches and restaurants. Her name in those restaurants worked magic: complimentary wine and desserts, and excellent food, too. Different breakfasts were delivered to us each morning--heavenly to sit on the patio with nothing between us and the aegean. One bedroom was upstairs (could be warm) and one in basement, but three would sleep on main floor. Hands down, we three would go back in a minute!

“Cassa Pozzillo - A Fantastic Villa” We rented this villa for just over a week and wished that we could have stayed longer! It is ideally situated; the sea is only a foot step away and it is at the end of a dead end street so there is no traffic passing by and it's really quiet. It has a large veranda/balcony which provides plenty of space for both children and adults to play, which is completely secure, so no worrying. The villa is in immaculate condition with its interior having been wonderfully decorated by the Grecco's, complete with air-conditioning. The Grecco's were exceptionally helpful and did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This villa is ideal for either two couples or a familly of four with 2 small children plus 2 friends, as one room has a king-sized sofa bed and the other room a double bed plus single bed, with a travel cot available for a baby/toddler. From this villa you can easily visit all the sites in the north of the island down to Syracusa in the South. We really can not find fault in any way and have recommended it to all our family and friends. Book with confidence. Fantastic

“Amazing memories” I hesitated to write a review about this villa because I wanted to be selfish and not let anyone else know how fantastic it was !!! However as Valeria and Franco are such wonderful people I have decided to share the love ! My husband and I stayed for 11 nights with our daughter and son in law joining us on the last 5 nights . The villa is generous in size however we found ourselves on the deck most of the time . The views are amazing and to climb down the steps to the beautiful ocean is incredible . The ocean is calm and makes swimming a dream . The stairs from the villa to the road are a bit more challenging ( we just took it slowly ) , food in minori is fantastic with great pastries and fresh produce... The local ham , cheese , and peaches are incredible . We can't wait to go back and enjoy the best part of Italy .

“You will love it!!” From start to finish it was a pleasure! Not only was Marc wonderful to deal with during the booking process, we had alternate contact details for his mother and the housekeeper to ensure we were well looked after. The apartment was wonderful. Marc's fantastic instructions and suggestion to get a water taxi from Venice airport (where we left our vehicle) was well received and we were dropped virtually at the front door. There is one flight of stairs up to the apartment (which is above a restaurant), and easy to manage - and the apartment itself was absolutely charming! Gorgeous kitchen and bathroom and the bed in the master bedroom made us feel like royalty! The position was wonderful because it was away from the crowds - but still an easy walk to St Marks and fantastic restaurants and shops. We loved looking out our window and watching the comings and goings of the canal - it made us feel like locals and not so much as tourists. Thanks also for the lovely welcome pack of bread, spreads, drinks, prosecco - it was glorious. I would highly recommend this apartment - and I would love to return (3 nights was definitely not enough!!!).

“It was a wonderful experience well beyond our expectations.” The apartment was really large and confortable, better than the pictures on the web site. “Magical Love” The host gave us access to the rooftop to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary with a surprise of the renewal of their vows. We decorated the space with green wreath and roses that the Host helped us with. The rate was perfect. If you need anything she can provide. “Again in the BEST!” I had stayed in the best apartment in whole Dubrovnik!Apartment Vision!! I would really recommend this apartment to any person or family which is coming to Croatia.I garantee you that you won't regrat staying at Apartment Vision. This is my second time in this apartment (as in Dubrovnik),because I was really satisfied with my first time.We were coming from Split and wanted to spend a little bit of time in Croatia so we picked Dubrovnik and chose again the Apartment Vision because of its briliance. Hosts are really friendly and they come to pick us up what is really great.They gave to as all the information that really helped as in sightseeing Dubrovnik and told as perfect restaurant with good prices.The Bozo is very good person which helped us all the time 24/7 and the booking was really easy.He explained all to us and we just followed his instructions.Just a few emails and it's done. We had everything want we needed and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful town in whole world and we enjoyed watching at the Old harbour and whole city from our big big beautiful terrace. Weather was perfect and we really enjoyed in the sun. We stayed the short time but it was enough time to check everything what we wanted to. The store in the neighbourhood is good,like as the caffe bar Bikers. Beach is just 5 min walking from the apartment.Sea is cristal clear and very clean.Best beach for us was Banje (EAST WEST) beach,because it has gorgeous view to Dubrovnik's harbour. We just had to write review and tell everybody who is thinking to come in Dubrovnik,just to stay in the Apartment Vision,because I think you won't find better service for this price!! Thanks for everything and I we will see again in the same Apartment SURELY!!!
