“Excellent Stay” David is very helpful with giving directions. He sent written instructions to reach the apartment and the main attractions for reference, as well as some maps. As we were leaving, my friend mentioned that he needed a place to stay for one extra night on the way home, and since this apartment was not available, David offered to check with someone he knew in the same area...and was able to arrange the accommodation for my friend. The apartment is perfectly clean and the bed super comfortable! We had breakfast in the patio every day! Easy to get what you need for eating in or making a lunch to go...fresh fruit & vegetable vendor right just around the corner, a supermarket on the same side of the street approx 1 block further in the same direction, and good pizza at small family restaurant across the street (white plastic tables & red chairs outside). approx 2 blocks walk to tram #8 (Ponte bianco stop) which takes just a few stops to get you to piazza venezio, where you find Colosseum and many other attractions. approx 5 blocks walking to get to Trastevere train station...where you can get train connections towards Vatican City, Roma Termini station, and airport, etc..Highly recommended

“great!” Very clean lovely small appartment; great for staying and exploring Rome. The location is good; tram is close by. As are supermarkets. The appertment is clean; the bed is good and the jacuzy great after a long day of walking! I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family when visiting Rome. David was a helpfull and friendly host who explained everything and even had some snacks and a bottle of wine ready when we arrived. Highly recommended!

“Clean, Great area, and fully renovated. 100% satisfied!” We were welcomed by Giacomo, the owner, he took the time to show us in the map the places we had to see. He even walked us to a nearby restaurant. The place was Super clean, fully equiped with what we needed. Everything is new. It has a nice patio on the back. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood at night time. We'll rent it again next time we visit Rome.

“Great stay and great host” We had a great stay in Rome not only because it is a wonderful city to visit but also because we benfitted from a perfect accommodation positioned very close to the Vatican, which was comfortable, well furnished and slept all six of us at a reasonable price. Mary, the landowner, was equally very helpful with any questions we had and was always at hand to make our stay in Rome as successful as possible. Highly recommended.

“Magnificent Easter in Rome” We stayed with Matilde for three nights over the Easter weekend. We were met by our gracious host. On our bed was an Italian egg filled with chocolates. This BnB is in a great safe location and the room was a quiet get away. The breakfast as a feast! The company of Matilde in her lovely sitting room was a great way to start our day. She became our friend. Logistics: good hard bed, lots of blankets, enough outlets for all our appliances and lap top and phones, and good security. Close to metro, although we took a cab from terminal, we did a couple of trips on the metro Without reservation, we would stay here again.

“Easy and Relaxing” Wonderful experience...I had just had a previous rental fall through two weeks before my two adult kids and I were to go to Rome to visit my daughter, in school there. I found Joe's apartment and, although it had only one bedroom, there were two other beds that still allowed for some privacy for the sleepers. We were easy walking distance from the grocery and the Cipro metro stop. The kitchen was well equipped, the terrace was fabulous, and the apartment was peaceful, clean and updated. Joe responded quickly to my inquiry, and to subsequent emails, made it easy to pay the down payment through Paypal, and was very helpful. I recommend the apartment highly, and would definitely rent through Joe again!

“Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome - stay here!” This was our second stay in two years at this apartment. We came back as we had a perfect stay the first time. Everything was great this time again. The booking process was very smooth the owner Lucia organised a taxi from airport which was very handy. This apartment has it all - it's central location for sight seeing, spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. It feels like a home from home and is tastefully decorated. We were met on arrival by the owner Lucia who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. The kitchen is well serviced with complimentary tea, coffee, busicuits and snacks. Hairdryers, towels tolitries and free wifi are all provided. The apartment is a hidden gem in the cobbled streets of Rome. A large supermarket, famous bakery and shops are just metres away. This apartment is an ideal base for exploring Rome and we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Rome.

“Location, location, location” The very best aspect of this apartment was for sure the location - just a few blocks from Piazza Navona and across the bridge from the Vatican. This is a studio apt and three adults were very comfortable. The bed is actually a murphy bed, but adequate for a short stay. Bathroom is renovated and bright. Apartment was also on a quiet street, so no trouble resting after a full day of touring the sights. I have to add, though, that the kitchen is not very well stocked - just the bare minimum utensils/plates, etc. so plan ahead if you plan to cook. We had some trouble finding the place, and after some negotiating at the tourist kiosk, Olivia arranged for someone to come find us and escort us which was very much appreciated. Enjoy beautiful Rome!

“Comfortable Place, Nice Neighborhood, Friendly Hosts.” Stayed five nights over the holidays including New Year's Eve, which is celebrated with great enthusiasm in this quiet neighborhood just outside of Rome. The sky was filled with fireworks at midnight, but the tranquil neighborhood returned the next day. The apartment was very spacious and immaculate, with lovely decorations and nice furniture. There were five of us and it could easily handle more. It had a nice kitchen in which we made several meals. We also picked up dinner to-go at the restaurant on the corner one evening and shopped at the local grocery store nearby. It was a pleasure to be in a real Italian neighborhood away from the crowds of tourists. It is easy to get into Rome. We had a car and, on host Maurizio's advice, drove to the Circus Maximus and parked without a problem, only about a twenty minute trip. There is also regular bus service just up the street. Ostia antica, which is well worth a visit, is very close as well. Rome has many must-see sites, but we found that we thoroughly enjoyed retreating to this lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood after a day of battling the crowds. Maurizio is easy to communicate with, speaking perfect English, and his mother was an added treat. She speaks no English at all but checked us in and showed us how to work everything in the apartment. She even took us to the grocery store on the night of our arrival.
