“Week long stay” Our family stayed in this unit for a week during our older 2 children's national dance competition. The condo was clean and perfect size for our family, plenty of sleeping space. It is located close to the pool and playground areas and was only a 10 minute drive to our venue and The Island (depending on traffic - it is only 2 lights away). The complex is quiet. We had been unable to locate sheets for the pull out, but upon mentioning to the owner we had a brand new set delivered within the hour. Owner is very good with communication.

“We will definitiely visit this property again soon!” We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

“perfect” very clean, convenient location, plenty of room.We stayed with 3 babies and their parents was plenty of room for all. A very nice, comfortable place to stay. told several others about it & they too would like to stay thereI am sure I will be staying here again..

“great stay” I really loved this condo. Great location, great views, very clean and overall good stay. The walls are a bit thin so i could hear the neighbors and the kitchen didn't offer very many cooking utensils, but all in all it was a fantastic stay and i would recommend this condo as well as Summit 54!

“Our 2013 TN family vacation” Our family loved the decks and the view of the mountains. The cabin was nice, enough bedroom space for our ten members. The pool was a highlight for all of us as the kids kept cool and busy enjoying their swim time. We usually have yard space when we rent so missed being able to do our outdoor games, etc. The water heater was not working properly but we were able to fix it temporarily. The maintenance guy was very nice and was able to fix most of the problems. Not having the washer work was a problem as we did not pack lots of extra clothes. We liked the location in that it was not far to Kroger and Pidgeon Forge, etc. Thanks again as we always have fun when we are together. I liked the padded dining room chairs as we played games a lot. We had the upstairs bedroom and that was very nice. We adults liked the shelter at the pool as that provided shade and a place to sit and play cards. That was also a plus.

“Lucky Logs” The place was very nice, I didn't realize it was a duplex, I know photos can be deceiving. I know getting a place close to town you have to give up some things, heard traffic all night long since we were on the road, but the convenience of being close to town made up for it.
