“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Very welcoming and worth it !” Me and my family absolutely loved this vacation house everything was so welcoming and near perfect ! “Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!
