“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Wonderful time Alex was a pleasure to work with!” Had a great time and any issues we had Alex was on top of everything! We LOVED the beach horse back riding excursion that was offered thru the resort. Our son (3 years old) loved VIP pool the best! Our mattress was super firm and the resort staff worked so hard to resolve our issue. Which was refreshing because lets be honest when you go on vacation issues can arise and it was so refreshing to have a resort staff that really tried to help fix it!

“First Class Unit and amenities - Spectacular!” The Unit is part of alamar, a complex with two condo towers, pools (one near the building, one at the beach club), a gym, etc. Bonus - zero time share reps to bother you. About the Unit: Very modern and spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, the barbecue was used frequently, the kids loved the splash pool, and the view did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, from fresh water to beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. The aC did not work in our room, but the owner had installed a portable unit in the meantime and that worked perfectly. We appreciated the attention he put into making sure we were comfortable. Anyways, upon walking in the first time, we were impressed and all smiles when we first toured the unit - it's a very, very cool and comfortable space. About the complex: Extremely well run and very, very safe. We were impressed at how everything was carefully maintained by the friendly ground staff. The Jungle pool was quiet and spectacular. Same for the pool and beach at the beach club. We frequently almost had the place to ourselves, the complex is not very busy during the week, does get a bit busier during the week-ends (beach club) - but it's still far less busy that any resort. No need to reserve lounge chairs, there are always great spots available. La Cruz is a cute, quiet village - it was easy to explore and buy food at the local tiendas or food stands. Great for a genuine local experience. Bucerias is very close by if you want larger stores, and easily accessed by bus, taxi or car. Also, Destiladeras beach is just 5 min. up the road, and is probably on of the best in the entire bay. We even saw whales breaching from there. Overall, we had a top notch stay with our three kids (ages between 6 and 12), and will continue renting units like this instead of visiting resorts. It's much better.

“Nice View and Comfy” The condo was just right for us and had everything we needed. The view was very nice. The bed was comfy, the kitchen stocked with all of the necessities as we made breakfast each morning and snacks late night. The resort was family friendly and had many pools and activities close at hand. We definitely would stay again! Kirsten was very helpful when I had questions and replied quickly.

“Great Place To Stay” My daughters and I spent a week in Ajijic at Geraldine beautiful and well appointed home and we had a great time. The house is located in a gated development very safe and quiet. Gearldine was very easy and efficient to work with we actually booked her home at thd last minute and everything went very smoothly. We had booked another property for our vacation and the owner canceled our reservation three week prior to our arrival date. Therefore we were very fortunate to find this home and glad we did. The location is very convenience to the downtown plaza just a short cab ride or the bus stop is across the street The cab are very inexpensive and the bus ride is about 6-9 pesos or if you are a strong walked you can walk to the plaza. There is a Walmart, pharmacy, restaurants and local market within a short walk from the house. My daughters and I had spent the previous week in PVR we took a bus ETN line from PVR to Guadalajara very nice trip on a great bus. Gearldine had provide a driver to drive us from the bus depot to the house. At the depot we were met by Herbert from Haceinda Property Management a very nice man who drove us from Guadalajara to Ajijic. When we arrived at the house Herbert gave us a tour of the home and then took us to the downtown plaza pointing out places of interest and provided helpful information. Herbert and his partner Victor were available for assistance and information if needed. The house situated across from the pool and a beautiful small pictureque park was very well equipped with every possible item you might need. Needlessly to say we had a great and very comfortable stay. Thank you Gearldine,Herbert, Victor and Alex for a great stay in Ajijic/Lake Chapala.

“Wonderful time in Playa Dorada” We stayed in Playa Dorada for the month of March 2014 and we really enjoyed it. I have travel a lot and stayed in many different hotel and condos, but this was the best. What you see on the internet, is the absolute truth. Cindy is a very honest and caring owner. I did have a couple minor issues during my stay, but they were quickly handle after I contacted Cindy. The condo is fantastic with very nice and comfortable furnitures and TVs, and the kitchen is ultra modern. We also really appreciated the outdoor BBQ (a very big and nice BBQ). The San Marino complexe is very nice and secure. The swimming pool is big and clean and the beach is only a five minutes walk from the condo, and at the beach you have very nice chairs and umbrellas. The staff at San Marino is excellent, the laundry service is great and not expensive. The condo is only ten minutes to Puerto Plata by taxi where you have the Las Sirenas store which is just like a WalMart (this is where we when for grocery shopping) they also have a Domino's Pizza. I visited the old San Felipe Fort, I went to the top of the mountain in the teleferic and had a really great time visiting many places around Puerto Plata. The only thing missing as far as I am concern, is something like a seven eleven in the plaza in the front of the condo. They have many things, but not your basic like bread, cold meat, butter and eggs. Beside that, they have many things. With all the condos being built around Playa Dorada, maybe someone will invest in a seven eleven or something like that. Beside that, everything was excellent, and God willing, I will go back next year.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. “Panoramic seaview greeted us every morning” We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Minawi family's beach condo. The perspective from the large double balcony was panoramic. We had our morning coffee out on the balcony every morning to enjoy the seaviews. We found the location of this condo to be excellent for long beach walks or bike rides. The pools were clean, warm and inviting. Also New Smyrna's beachside hub: Flagler avenue with it's boutiques, shops, and cafes/restaurants is only a short walk down the beach to the north. We took that stroll every day. We are already planning our next visit.

“idilic location/ perfect for visiting theme parks” Service from owners fist class. House was exactly as described. Ideal location for theme parks and shopping and eating. Could not get grandkids out the pool they absolutely loved it. 2nd time we have stayed there and will have no hesitation booking again should we go back to Florida.
