“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. And the check-in process was seamless. Everything from the workout facility to the swimming pool was amazing. This should be apart of everyone's Florida experience.

“Great cozy home away from home.” We stayed in the Orleans bungalo apartment on July 15-18. It felt like we were at home. The apartment had lots of character and charm. Loved sitting outside on the terrace watching the free entertainment across the street , was it called the ship wrecked bar? I especially loved beiing able to go to the back alley and washing clothes. (I hope it belonged to the cottages property, if not then oops!) We utilized the kitchen and the gas grill out back on the patio.Everything was great and this cottage had plenty of space for two families. We met my cousins from Texas in Flordia for a vaca. We drove from Oklahoma. The flat screens worked great. I have no complaints about this place. I just want to say to all you all snotty people leaving negative comments.... Quit complaining or find somewhere else to stay. What exactly do you think you are getting when you hear the word "cottages" it's not going to have a bell hop and a maid that cleans up your messes daily. Maybe some of you never lived in 100 year old homes and only used to a lavish lifestyle. Obviously you spent your time in doors. not us we were at the beach the majority of the day until almost 9pm every night. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a good 3 day stay for us despite the rainy weather. Yet we still had fun.

“total privacy was just what we wanted” this villa is perfect to get away from it all, six of us had an amazing week enjoying the pool,bbq. the beach and the staff was great Louis catered to our every whim,Lily was always cleaning but sorta in the background so hardly noticeable that she was there which was great .Francisco always there and ready when we came home late from cabarete. we have done so many resorts it was nice to change the pace to meet our own schedule. dealing with Shirley and Judy was also an easy experience i would recommend this villa to anyone we will definitely return

“Clean comfortable Siesta Key Condo with all the comforts of home...Perfect!” The condo is walking distance to shops, restaurants and quaint local tiki bar! The beach is a short walk across the street and through the beach-front section of the complex with lounge chairs and umbrellas available, very nice! I didn't mention the 2 pools (one beachside) and nice gym facilities also just downstairs of the unit. The covered parking space was an added plus! The condo was clean and very comfortable with all of the amenities of home which is greatly appreciated! You can even enjoy the view of the bayside inlet and beautiful landscaping from the kitchen through the entire wall of glass doors in the living/dining room! We had a wonderful week! The property owner Vic supplied more than enough information on the condo, local businesses and area maps! He was such a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Vic! We are already planning our next trip to Siesta Key in May!!

“Nice View and Comfy” The condo was just right for us and had everything we needed. The view was very nice. The bed was comfy, the kitchen stocked with all of the necessities as we made breakfast each morning and snacks late night. The resort was family friendly and had many pools and activities close at hand. We definitely would stay again! Kirsten was very helpful when I had questions and replied quickly.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. “Panoramic seaview greeted us every morning” We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Minawi family's beach condo. The perspective from the large double balcony was panoramic. We had our morning coffee out on the balcony every morning to enjoy the seaviews. We found the location of this condo to be excellent for long beach walks or bike rides. The pools were clean, warm and inviting. Also New Smyrna's beachside hub: Flagler avenue with it's boutiques, shops, and cafes/restaurants is only a short walk down the beach to the north. We took that stroll every day. We are already planning our next visit.

“Wonderful Spring Visit” The condo is exactly as described and has one of the best (if not the best) view among the surrounding low profile condo buildings. Interior furnishings were a cut above most units and added to our great experience. Great fishing opportunities and plenty of other options for golf / tennis / exploring. We made side trip down to Citywalk in West Palm Beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend this unit!

“First Class Unit and amenities - Spectacular!” The Unit is part of alamar, a complex with two condo towers, pools (one near the building, one at the beach club), a gym, etc. Bonus - zero time share reps to bother you. About the Unit: Very modern and spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, the barbecue was used frequently, the kids loved the splash pool, and the view did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, from fresh water to beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. The aC did not work in our room, but the owner had installed a portable unit in the meantime and that worked perfectly. We appreciated the attention he put into making sure we were comfortable. Anyways, upon walking in the first time, we were impressed and all smiles when we first toured the unit - it's a very, very cool and comfortable space. About the complex: Extremely well run and very, very safe. We were impressed at how everything was carefully maintained by the friendly ground staff. The Jungle pool was quiet and spectacular. Same for the pool and beach at the beach club. We frequently almost had the place to ourselves, the complex is not very busy during the week, does get a bit busier during the week-ends (beach club) - but it's still far less busy that any resort. No need to reserve lounge chairs, there are always great spots available. La Cruz is a cute, quiet village - it was easy to explore and buy food at the local tiendas or food stands. Great for a genuine local experience. Bucerias is very close by if you want larger stores, and easily accessed by bus, taxi or car. Also, Destiladeras beach is just 5 min. up the road, and is probably on of the best in the entire bay. We even saw whales breaching from there. Overall, we had a top notch stay with our three kids (ages between 6 and 12), and will continue renting units like this instead of visiting resorts. It's much better.

“Great luxurious setting” The place offered all the comfort for a nice stay. The apartment was clean and well decorated. “Great Place To Stay” My daughters and I spent a week in Ajijic at Geraldine beautiful and well appointed home and we had a great time. The house is located in a gated development very safe and quiet. Gearldine was very easy and efficient to work with we actually booked her home at thd last minute and everything went very smoothly. We had booked another property for our vacation and the owner canceled our reservation three week prior to our arrival date. Therefore we were very fortunate to find this home and glad we did. The location is very convenience to the downtown plaza just a short cab ride or the bus stop is across the street The cab are very inexpensive and the bus ride is about 6-9 pesos or if you are a strong walked you can walk to the plaza. There is a Walmart, pharmacy, restaurants and local market within a short walk from the house. My daughters and I had spent the previous week in PVR we took a bus ETN line from PVR to Guadalajara very nice trip on a great bus. Gearldine had provide a driver to drive us from the bus depot to the house. At the depot we were met by Herbert from Haceinda Property Management a very nice man who drove us from Guadalajara to Ajijic. When we arrived at the house Herbert gave us a tour of the home and then took us to the downtown plaza pointing out places of interest and provided helpful information. Herbert and his partner Victor were available for assistance and information if needed. The house situated across from the pool and a beautiful small pictureque park was very well equipped with every possible item you might need. Needlessly to say we had a great and very comfortable stay. Thank you Gearldine,Herbert, Victor and Alex for a great stay in Ajijic/Lake Chapala.
