“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Just magical” This home was amazing very clean and the home owners Kristi and Mario very nice and get back to you really fast with any question you have. The kitchen and the rest of the house has everything thing you need to enjoy your vacations. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

“Fantastic Location and Beautiful Accomodations” Our daughters and their families stayed here in February. The condo was everything we expected and more. It has a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the screened in lani which runs the width of the unit. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group of nine and the kitchen / dining area was well stocked with appliances , pots & pans , dishes , glassware , etc. Condo has easy access to heated pool and ample parking. Owner made the rental process smooth as silk , and we all felt right at home as soon as we had checked in. Right across street from world famous Siesta Beach. Would highly recommend.

“Vacay” For the most part it was good. Had problems with the air on second floor. Ran out of gas for the grill on first fire up. Pool guy turned on hose without telling us and lett it on. Carpet and furniture very old. More detailed instructions for theater would be nice. Rented a cabana one day and never once did a waitress or waiter come by. Pictures on walls in almost every room are uneven and messes with my OCD. Good points were the price, the space, the location and cleanliness. Overall we were pleased .

“Willow View Villa” First, let me say the home is not what you see in the pics. The home has flat screen throughout. The home was convenient to parks, outlets and restaurants. My family and I stay in Davenport a few times a year but this was a last minute trip and based on pics we were really nervous. The home was clean and kids loved the pool. We cooked out and enjoyed the patio. I had 2 problems that was unfortunately fixed the day we were leaving but it was nature not the owner!. The other was the downstairs bedroom smelled like smoke, we sprayed but was in the linen. Again, it was clean but smelled like smoke and being non smokers it was annoying. We spent most of our time on the comfy recliners or at the pool so it was ok. Thank you Martin!

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited.
