“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Great Stay on The Beach” We had a great stay in Penthouse 3! Newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The condo was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home - more actually - it had an awesome view of the ocean and Times Square. It only took a few minutes to walk to Times Square from the quiet north end. Thanks

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. Do spare the words: This house is beautiful, with outstanding surroundings. Grade: 10 out of 10. Best Wishes for great stays. Stefan

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Great Place To Stay” My daughters and I spent a week in Ajijic at Geraldine beautiful and well appointed home and we had a great time. The house is located in a gated development very safe and quiet. Gearldine was very easy and efficient to work with we actually booked her home at thd last minute and everything went very smoothly. We had booked another property for our vacation and the owner canceled our reservation three week prior to our arrival date. Therefore we were very fortunate to find this home and glad we did. The location is very convenience to the downtown plaza just a short cab ride or the bus stop is across the street The cab are very inexpensive and the bus ride is about 6-9 pesos or if you are a strong walked you can walk to the plaza. There is a Walmart, pharmacy, restaurants and local market within a short walk from the house. My daughters and I had spent the previous week in PVR we took a bus ETN line from PVR to Guadalajara very nice trip on a great bus. Gearldine had provide a driver to drive us from the bus depot to the house. At the depot we were met by Herbert from Haceinda Property Management a very nice man who drove us from Guadalajara to Ajijic. When we arrived at the house Herbert gave us a tour of the home and then took us to the downtown plaza pointing out places of interest and provided helpful information. Herbert and his partner Victor were available for assistance and information if needed. The house situated across from the pool and a beautiful small pictureque park was very well equipped with every possible item you might need. Needlessly to say we had a great and very comfortable stay. Thank you Gearldine,Herbert, Victor and Alex for a great stay in Ajijic/Lake Chapala.

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.
