“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“The best & most picturesque beachfront hacienda on the Riviera M” My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda Kukulkan during our Mexico trips, and consider it by far, the most gorgeous private home on the beautiful Mayan coastline! So look no further, you have found your dream vacation home in the Caribbean! From the minute we walked in, it completely took our breath away! The front of the house opens to a big tennis court on the left. There's even a fully equipped gym with panoramic views of the ocean, all which gave us the added motivation to work out on our vacation! ? The center of the house has an open air courtyard with a cute pond, and pretty patio furniture, and all rooms are built around it, some with spectacular ocean views. We spent many a night doing dinners under the moonlight and breakfast when we wanted to just laze in. The maids did a wonderful job with cooking & housekeeping, going out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. What is so impressive is that every room and every piece of furniture is custom designed! We spent hours in the fabulous pool overlooking the ocean, with music playing in surround sound throughout the villa. The location was awesome! Puerto aventuras surrounding a beautiful dolphin marina is convenient, close to all the night life & shopping at Playa and also the fabulous Tulum beach ruins. We felt safe and secure in this gated community! 3 years later, we were back to get married & the ambience was surreal! The courtyard, steps from the ocean, was perfect for our Reception, with Cocktail Hour by the pool. We hosted our family there, and the 8 bedrooms were more than sufficient to accommodate all. Our wedding was a huge success and our guests cannot stop talking about the gorgeous hacienda! We highly recommend Hacienda Kukulkan as your abode, to enjoy paradise in style! Like us, you would go back!! We are thankful to the owners (Rick & Sandy Spell), Marina of Riviera Maya Haciendas & Eddie, and maids like Mariana who made our stay there so memorable!

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“The Ideal Island Get-Away” We've had the pleasure of an annual holiday to the magical Isla Mujeres for the past few seasons. The feeling of joy on my return to Casa De Las Cupulas from the highway seldom matched at any point in the year. Memories of days lounging at the pool, and watching the sunsets from the roof are some of my favorites. Between the home's layout, interior design, top notch cooking and the attentive home owner, Case De Las Cupulas is the "real deal" in Island Luxury getaways. I have visited this remarkable villa with different groups and the home seems to perfectly suit all needs. David, the owner, does an excellent job asking for exactly what our party needs, and stays in contact thru out your stay to assure your stay is a wonderful experience. Amira the cook prepares the best breakfasts and lunches on the island. Make sure to try the orange liquor french toast! Overall, I would recommend Casa de Las Cupulas to all who seek rest, relaxation, attention to detail and luxurious comfort.

“Unique High-End Private Beachfront Escape” Casa Vela is a beautifully designed "beach house", with all the amenities and toys one would want for a Playa del Carmen getaway. It feels like you are in your own hotel. The dining area is a huge open deck with wide views of the beach and the jungle. Literally on the beach.

“Be confident booking Villa Izcalli through Latin Latitude Vacations” When looking for a property to rent for our family's stay in Playa del Carmen, we read a lot of stories of caution. We vetted many properties and followed advice we found online. eg: Phoning property managers, checking references, checking reviews, watching for odd reply email addresses. Erin replied to our inquiries. When we saw she noted a contact number for Calgary, Canada (where half of our family resides), we had a bit more confidence. To try to help reassure us that her company was legitimate, Erin even gave us her father's number in Calgary, whom we contacted as well. Her father was surprised at our call. We felt more confident after speaking with him as he wasn't pre-prep'd for our call and spoke well of his daughters enterprise. We were assured she was a real person and this was a legitimate company. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for a night of catering, welcome snacks, groceries, shuttles to and from the Cancun airport and tours. All done through Latin Latitude Vacations. We were delighted with our stay in Villa Izcalli. The house was very clean. Rooms were huge. The catering was superb! The beach was an easy stroll. The roof top pool was a wonderful place to lunch, enjoy each others company and take in the views. The welcome snacks and tours that Susan arranged for us were fabulous. Susan met us at the property and answered any questions we had about the house and the area. Also for our first night, Susan helped us to pre-arrange a Mexican Fiesta catered dinner, done by Chef Eli. They let us add Chicken Mole to the menu. WOW! So glad we did. All the foods were excellent. Chef Eli's mole is the best mole I've ever tasted!! The tour company they sent to take us for our private tour of Chichen Itza was excellent. Eddar and Omar were very professional and fun. They also took some of our group on the Coba tour. Those that went came back with marvelous stories about their adventure. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms towards the end of our stay. We emailed Daunte the maintenance manager. It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door. A plumber came and fixed the problem right away. I think we really did luck out with our choice to book with Latin Latitude. We would absolutely book this house with this company again. From the roof top pool, we could see many of the other houses we'd considered booking. We were so glad we'd picked Villa Izcalli.

“It took our fifth trip to Playa del Carmen to find the one place we'd like to live...” How can one put into words the impeccable attention to detail that have been put into place in this sublime condo? Not only is the location absolutely perfect for our taste (the north end of town is vastly superior to the area south of Constituyentes), the condo itself has every accoutrement one would wish for at home. The photos don't do it justice. Truly. And the fact that you are greeted with attentive staff, beer in the refrigerator, chips and salsa on the counter... delightful, and rare. You can cook to your heart's delight in the fabulous kitchen, and sojourn to the dreamy ocean-view deck for your meals. It's truly spectacular. This is a place that is perfect for a romantic getaway, a trip with good friends, as well as a family. We had our 5 and 2-year-old with us, and they loved it almost as much as we did.
