“OUTSTANDING!!!” Stayed here for 2 1/2 months and loved it!!! Perfect location, as close to food, shopping, just about everything you want is close by. The pool & weight room we used everyday. It was the perfect place to stay. Much better than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend staying here. As I will stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

“Would stay there again” Overall, there are a lot more positives than negatives in this place. Starts with the owner who is always quick to answer and seems to be as honest as an owner can be. He puffed a little about his condo but nothing major and when I had to leave early because of an emergency, he ultimately acted with class and understanding with me and I am grateful he was. Great : - location, location, location - confort of the mattress and the pillows - quality drapes that don’t let the sun in for late sleepers - sense of security - one of the reception worker is a star of customer service - selection of channels on the satellite tv - washing machine is very convenient piece of equipment to have - water pressure, hot water and a glass wall so the entire bathroom doesn’t end all wet after a shower - impressive internet speed - did I mention location? Very good : - off the main road. although you will hear occasional loud motorcycles and trucks at night, it won’t be enough to wake a normal sleeper - almost everything you need to cook even though you likely won’t bother most of the time - cleanliness - soundproofing from the other condos - confortable clic-clac futon - spa services including a very good hair dresser in the building - security at the door - high end materials finishings - nice pool and gym facilities Not so good : - would have a terrific view of the sunset on the mountain if there were not 3 vacant buildings in between the road and the condo - on the expensive side of the rental scene in Chiang Mai even though it is a very nice place - no grocery store in the area and no water selling machine on the premises ( you can buy bottles at reception but I hate producing plastic wastes for no good reason - soundproofing from the corridors. door banging is the only real noise pollution in this condo and it would have been easy to take care of - getting two elevators out of two to work at the same time seemed really hard to accomplish. I would say 90% of the time there was only one working I would absolutely be going back there again and I didn’t regret my choice at all in good part because it is very well located and I felt reassured by my conversations with the owner before and during my stay. I would have given 4,5 stars but it is not possible and it was closer to 5 than to 4 so I am putting 5 even though it was not perfect ; it was darn close. Tip : Tops grocery store is making deliveries to your door if you shop on their internet site and the delivery is free if you buy for 999 bahts and up. I discovered them midway through my stay and used the service to get my groceries. It was convenient and way cheaper than buying everything form the seven eleven!

“Spacious & fully-equipped in a calm & safe environment” The house is very comfortable for our group of 5 people (from 5 to 68 years old). All the rooms are clean, and I love the parquet floors. We used all the 3 bedrooms & bathrooms. We spent lots of time just lounging in the dining room & living room. It's also very pretty outside with a big lawn that make you feel at home. Our favorite facilities include the subscription tv, and high speed wifi for all our gadgets. We use the washing machine everyday. The kitchen has all the tools you need, just go to the nearby supermarket to stock up the big fridge. The house is in a modern upscale housing complex which is very quiet and safe. We didn't swim at the clubhouse but saw the tennis court which looks very active. We went to very good restaurants and cafes outside the complex. The location is 20 minutes from the old town, secluded but with access to everywhere. You can go to Chiang Mai's best attractions in the mountains or rivers directly on speedways avoiding the city. The service is great from the start. The chauffeur picked us up in the airport with the big van that we'd use everyday. He brought with him the keys to the house and a nice welcome letter. It includes restaurant recommendations that is better than all my prior research from home. The combination of private house and big van makes an ideal package for family. We felt very at home, yet very mobile to go anywhere.

“Outsdanding Spot on the river” The place is owned by a great couple who developed an astonishing spot on the river, mixing tradition & luxury, a repartition around the pool & the main house, of various pavilions in a luxuriant garden, giving astonishing sights. The service is perfect. Discretion & efficiency. You'll love the place.
