“So peaceful! Couldn't ask for a better experience!” I had never been to this area before, but after seeing Dave and Maryanne's cabin and close proximity to the river, I was really looking forward to a quick, impromtu trip. The cabin is about 100 feet from a small spring, so when I looked into kayak rentals, I was given one to take overnight. I was able to kayak directly to the cabin, then head out early in the morning. Perfect for an insomniac like me. The cabin is well-suited for 1-2 people and there's lots of room outside to spread out. Everything's clean and tidy - I didn't even miss not having wifi. I only wish it was a dog-friendly rental, but the peace and quiet were definitely appreciated. I had the most amazing time and will be telling people about this great rental and local area!

“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “Outstanding as usual.” Second year staying at the Avalon. Great location! About 5 miles to the beach one way, and about 6.5 the other way. Everything needed is within walking distance. Pool is great if the beach isn't your thing. Excellent workout room.

“Wonderful” Close to everything! Furnishings just the best. We stayed upstairs in the 2 bedroom 1 large bath. Great wrap around porch up stairs and down. Our key Westies were welcomed which was a plus for us! Overall Stephanie has done a great job and her sister was really helpful. Planning on returning!!!!

“Great location and Cozy” The condo is in a great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo very comfortable with ample bedding and towels, enough room for everyone. Parking was ideal underneath the unit. I will definitely consider booking again.
