“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Beautiful villa, can't fault our stay!” A group of 6 of us, 3 couples, stayed at Villa 888 1 for 10 nights earlier this month. A friend recommended this Villa as she knows the owner, Janmaree. We are so lucky to have had this recommendation as our stay was heavenly. Two guests arrived earlier than expected and had a slight issue with check-in, as I think there was a little confusion and they weren't expecting the group till later in the evening, but when the 2nd half of our party arrived, we all settled in beautifully, straight into the magnificent pool, Bintang in hand! Wayan and Wayan were fabulous, tending to our every need, and providing local information and excellent servicing of the villa. The villa is a short walk from eat street in Bali, so we had access to everything we needed, but the villa is set back off the main street so it is quiet and peaceful most of the time. There are some constructions going on next door which made it difficult to have a sleep in if one wanted to. I would recommend checking when booking as to whether or not the construction is still taking place before committing to the booking if you're the type that likes to laze around in bed and snooze the day away. All in all, a great holiday, can't wait to go back, and would recommend Villa 888 and Janmaree and her team to anyone who wants a wonderful Bali getaway.

“Best birthday I could have had” Villa ketumber was exactly as described and the photo were an excellent indication of how this villa is. Travelling with my grown family and a few of their friends there was room for everyone. Nice and close to everything we wanted. Staff were very helpful especially ajan the gardener who went above and beyond many times for us all. We loved tickis the cat even if she can be a little noisy through the night lol . Hadrien was fantastic with his quick responses to any queries we had before coming and showed great compassion for an incident we had while we stayed there. Have stayed in villas many times in Bali and this was my favourite.

“Fulfilled our expectations” This is a great villa, clean, spacious and very peaceful! Can't say enough about the staff, they just wanted to make our holiday special. Owner Noel was great to deal with, he even took the time to come and meet us. The rooms are good, all with air con which is a relief from the heat of Bali. Mozzies are an issue, but that is everywhere in Bali. You have to be diligent and close the villa up early and spray every night, this keeps them at bay! The pool is amazing with direct sunlight from 11am until 4pm- great for getting a tan! I would recommend hiring a car, it makes things so much easier as the villa is slightly out from the main drag of Seminyak. Would highly recommend this villa, it has everything you need!

“Beautiful Villa, Amazing staff and owner!” Wonderful experience at beautiful Bali Villa M - from start to finish! Even before arriving in Bali, the owner, Noel, was incredible and such a fabulous help. The staff are so friendly and quite knowledgable of Bali life and can help with almost anything. The beds were very comfy, and the location was quite ideal - in the middle of everything - yet transport is suggested. Gorgeous oasis tucked away. Thank you to all the staff. I would definitely come here again!

“Back for more!” This was our 2nd stay in La Sirena and we can't wait to go back again. The staff are all friendly, honest and do a great job of everything from bookings to housekeeping and even running laundry for you. The bedrooms are well air conditioned with huge king size beds and the downstairs open living is well set out. We had no issues with mosquitoes however there are coils provided. Great proximity to the beach and walking distance to some good restaurants, bars and taxis if you need to go further out. A mini mart with an honest money changer is about 5 minutes walk away. We'll be back gain for sure!

“Friendly, helpful staff and a beautiful setting” Our stay at Villa Oberoi was wonderful. The staff were so helpful, courteous and provided us with great tips on where to go. The pool was beautiful and the villa is beautifully furnished throughout. The location is great, set back from the busy street and located nearby to Ku De Ta and the main district in Seminyak. Would highly recommend this Villa to stay around the Seminyak area.

“We enjoyed our stay!” We had a very nice and comfortable stay in villa Citta. The introduction ingredients, as well as the fruit and the flowers is a nice welcome. The people are very friendly and always willing to help. It think some steps can be made on the decorations to make it more cosy. Furthermore, there is not lot of place to "lounge" (ea downstairs at the pool).

“how to leave in bali like a star !!!” i arrive in Bali in November , for working, during the raining season ...my 1st step in this villa was just like a "whaouuu" and i am french and ery difficult to satisfied ... its just perfect ..the chef lucky is so nice and so talented that you want to take him home with you ...every corner , every room , every space is full of personnality and style ... you fell like a star and to look like one ...alll the best shop are a step outside ...then you can walk out at night safely for a drink in the most trendy bar and restaurant ... really Elegancia is like nothing else ...

“Great Little Villa, Very Convenient Location” I’ve just spent a wonderful week in Bali staying at Villa No5. There were eight of us and we booked 2 villas, No5 and No7 which are part of a same complex of villas in Seminyak and it couldn’t have been more perfect. What was amazing about No5? • The Villa itself – it’s a 2 bedroom villa with its own pool, and is wonderfully stylish and furnished with simple and very tasteful antiques. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a great treat to get such amazing uninterrupted sleep for a whole week. • The location – No5 is located in Seminyak, within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and bars. There were too numerous to try but special mention must be made about the fab food at Sardine, Café Bali and the wonderfully authentic local Balinese cuisine at Café Carliz. • Ibu Wendi – She’s a wonderful lady who took such great care of all of us during our stay, and cooks the most amazing Balinese food. A meal at the villa prepared by her is a definite must. She was also very popular with the girls for arranging all the manicures and pedicures, and special hair treatments for the girls and the girls all swore that she’s the best experience, like having their private spa. No5 is a wonderful gem and I will certainly be back!

“Perfect villa in the perfect location” Me and my partner stayed here with another couple and could not be happier with our stay. The bedrooms are so big and clean and same with the open shower and bathrooms. From our bedrooms you can take two steps and you're in the pool which is the best thing for the mornings! It has a large outdoor open kitchen and lounge which is covered so your not attacked by the sun. It is only a few steps away from the main strip of all the best restaurants and nicer bars but not on te actual street making it not to close from the hustle and bustle. The staff were also excellent! From picking us up from the airport to showing us around the villa and the recommendations of where to go and what to do were great as we had no idea being our first Bali trip. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating right from the time of booking. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip back to Bali.

“Most amazing villa I've stayed in” This villa is deceivingly huge. The photos don't do it justice whatsoever. We had a quiet stay in probably the best part of seminyak, just walk to the shops and all the restaurants. We loved being able to walk to potatoe head and the beach. The rooms are massive and it's so comfortable, can fit so many people comfortable and the rooftop is such a bonus. I'd recommend this villa to everyone, I'II surely be back. “Bohemian Hideaway” First off let me say that Boyd is a great host! He answered all of our questions and made the process of renting his Villa super easy. After we arrived he helped us with coordinating car rentals and also gave us tips on where to go. He's been in Bali for so long and knows the island really well. From restaurants to clubs to sightseeing he's a great resource. Second, the location of Villa Bohemia is awesome. It's off the main road but set back enough that you have a very quiet and serene environment. Easy to find and perfect cause it is central to everything. Plus, there is a big 24 hour convenience store within 5 minutes walking distance so you never run out of supplies. Getting a taxi is super easy too, cause the main street is full of them. We went to Kuta for less than 3 dollars. Third, price is great for the value you get. There is a small pool with a waterfall, nice kitchen, beautiful garden and patio area. The bedrooms are spacious and the a/C is cool. Tv is nice and so is the stereo system. Place is super clean and marble floors aren't too shabby! It's really well decorated and feels cozy comfortable and upscale all at the same time. Overall our 1 week stay at Villa Bohemia was wonderful. Thank you Boyd and we had a wonderful trip and

“Fantastic place to stay and unwind”” Fantastic place to stay and unwind" Reviewed October 18, 2013 new Have recently had a 9 day stay with my wife at the Bonsai villas and what a great experience it was, the staff treated us with respect and were very helpful nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Tucked away from the busy main road the Villas was very quite, one would say that the bonsai was very romantic. The rooms were cleaned daily as were the ever changing towel designs the pool was always clean I will return to the Bonsai in the near future. “Fantastic property - fantastic staff” This is our second stay at makasih Bidadari and highly recommend this villa. Both times were family holidays, 3 adult couples. Each bedroom is very spacious and very large bathrooms each with a separate large bath and large walk in showers. The downstairs bedroom and the guest house also have a both indoor and outdoor showers. With one bed upstairs with large outdoor area with lounge and balcony, one bed downstairs and the third bed in the separate guest house this villa is ideal for 3 couples as you have plenty of your own space. A large lounge and kitchen with added bonus of being able to close off if required by very easy to operate aluminium doors and two air conditioners. All appliances, glasses etc that you would require. The pool is huge, and has beautiful gardens both are well maintained. The staff are probably the best asset, so willing to help with anything, from booking restaurants and helping us buy groceries. Nengah is a fabulous cook and we enjoyed our breakfast each day. Nothing is too much trouble and there is staff at the villa 24 hours a day. we felt very safe and secure. Although for those not familiar with Bali the villa may seem a little far out as on the other side of sunset road, however we could easily walk to Eat st or bintang supermarket. Taxis are are easy to get and a very nice small restaurant very close. Overall a fantastic place to stay and exactly as photos appear. Well maintained property. Thanks to Nengah, Made, Wayan and Made for looking after us . Will be back next year!!

“Lovely Location” Our group of friends stayed here in September and the villa is lovely, right next door to all the shops and restaurants. (only 30 seconds walk to The Deck where we took breakfast every morning and playing pool in the evening). The villa staff were helpful and the housekeeper was more than happy to run out and pick up anything we wanted. The value was fantastic for such a large villa in Seminyak and taxis are always outside for day trips. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay.
