“Home from home with an awful lot more ...” For us La Mulinella was idyllic,from the thick stone walls and curved ceilings of the house itself to the unique view out of each window.It's rustic charm combined with every mod-con makes for the most relaxing holiday.The only problem for our family of four, children aged seven and twelve was that everytime we left the house all we wanted to do was get back to it!!(if you call that a problem)Ping pong by the pool,hammocks in the shade, a bread/dough maker and last but defeniteley not least a traditional wood burning pizza oven.It is "A little gem" We thank the family for being so helpful and sharing their wonderful home with us...

“Great house and surroundings in Badia Tedalda” We had a great time in this lovely located holiday house. A great swimming pool with a magnificant view. “Family Memories” Our stay was everything we expected and more. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 8 (4 adults & 4 teenagers). There was plenty of room for everyone, including 3 different tables where we could all dine together. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. We loved having a full-size refrigerator and a washing machine. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and the train station for our day trips. The scenery was incredible and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. They gave us very helpful information on the area and arranged a wonderful chef for an evening. It is obvious the Della Santa family takes great pride in their property and wants to make sure their guests are happy and have everything they need. We highly recommend this property for a memorable vacation.

“Excellent holiday apartment” We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Bulgaria at this lovely apartment. It was clean and spacious with air con in the bedroom and lounge. The kitchenette was quite basic, but we only used it for making tea and coffee as eating out was very cheap. The Royal Beach complex was absolutely first class - right in the centre of Sunny Beach and only a 2 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The swimming pools and sunbathing area were superb and we had no trouble getting sun loungers every day. The owner provided lots of information before our holiday and arranged airport transfers for us, which was very useful as we had night flights. We have recommended this apartment to all our friends.

“Beautiful location and villa, gracious and helpful hosts” I researched extensively before choosing this villa and it more than met our expectations. From the first email Emanuele and his family provided excellent service and were accessible and helpful. Moreover, they made us feel like more than paying guests, more like friends. The villa itself was very spacious and roomy, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The views are spectacular, and it's quiet and peaceful. I would recommend doing both the pizza night and the cooking night. Both were excellent. Our stay couldn't have been any better. We would highly recommend this villa.

“A gem near Orvieto” We loved agriturismo Frallarenza, near Orvieto. We were 3 women staying in the "small apartment", which was a perfect size. The owners, Francesco and Serena, have the gift of ensuring your needs are met (and exceeded) but allow you to explore and enjoy on your own, while they tend to the hard work of running a farm. Their kindness, enthusiasm and passion for what they do is apparent.The apartment was enhanced with family furniture and hand made ceramics and weavings by Serena. Enjoying the bounty of the land, such as their newly pressed olive oil, fresh fruit eggs, as well as Serena's treats were a highlight. The house is solar powered, and there was always hot water and heat when needed. (We were there in a warm late October, but the nights and mornings were cool.) Francesco spent unhurried time with us, giving us ideas and maps for our day trips. We stayed for 4 nights, but wished we had more time to slow down and savor Frallarenza. The setting among the groves and the Umbrian hills was magical. Highly recommended!

“A Slice of Paradise” We stayed at Podere Patrignone for 5 days in September. It was wonderful to stay in a self contained apartment after 4 weeks of hotels in France. The farmhouse is charming, the apartments are unique and quaint, the countryside was picture perfect and the weather was unseasonably warm. Simon and Verity were such hospitable hosts, yet give the guests their own space. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekly meal Verity and Pam created for all the guests. You must have a car to truely experience all the hidden charms of Tuscany, and everything is so close and the quality of food and wine was impressive. Our favourite memory of staying at Podere Patrignone was sharing sunsets on the terrace with other guests and partaking of good wine, great conversation and so many laughs. We will be back for another slice of paradise.
