“Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“luxurious and peaceful combined with private pool and trees” We have enjoyed this lovely home in 4 separate years. It has all the amenities of home and more. “Wonderful location, delightful house - and - pet-friendly, too!” Rick's Retreat is very clean, very comfortably furnished "home away from home" vacation rental - and pet friendly, too! Lots of restaurants and some fun shops are a short walk south and beach access is a short meander down a charming lane. Rick graciously shared restaurant and general "things to do in Captiva" thoughts, all of which were excellent. This was our first visit - we'll definitely return (hopefully very soon!).

“Amazing Experience !” From the moment I walked in I was amazed the pictures do no justice. Ver spacious, great location, very close to the beach :) items in the home were the topping on the cake from sand castle building to umbrella and chairs! Pots and pans- clean towels and linens - spice wrack - this is a place I may come back to each year ! The company was so helpful - assisted with so much :)

“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Terrific location” My wife and I had rented this villa two years ago and returned this year for February. Although we could see the signs of two years of wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa Dolphin again. It's southern exposure and wide water view makes the lanai the perfect spot to hang out all day. The river is just 15 minutes by boat and the boat was terrific...the best we have rented in 5 years. One disappointment..the GPS advertised in the boat was unreadable in the daylight but we know the area and it was not a problem for us. The management was responsive to the few small requests that we had. We highly recommend Villa Dolphin.
