“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Clean, close to the beach, convenient, and perfect for our family vacation!” The condo is a few short steps away from the beach. “Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Great Location to Beaches- Quiet Getaway” My husband and I have previously lived in Southwest Florida and have been trying to get back for a vacation for a few years now. This house was perfect for our needs. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our kids ages 12, 10, and 5 had a great time! Our only minor complaint was with the pool. It was pretty chilly since it is solar heated. My kids still got in, but it was too cold for my husband and I. The management team made everything very easy for us. We would like to visit again!

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. “Sunshine, beaches, What's not to love?” My husband and I stayed at this pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 grown children and one son-in-law. The two bedrooms and two baths worked fine for our group. Our married daughter and hubby had to share a bedroom with her brother. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and clean without being too new to cause worry about a little sand. There were all sorts of beach toys and towels available. The kitchen had a full range of dishes and I cooked fresh fish from the local grocery store several nights. It was convenient to walk to the lovely uncrowded beach with no high-rises in sight. we kayaked with the condo's kayaks in the lagoon and saw a large range of birds, including an osprey feeding on a fish. We had gorgeous weather and collected quite a few shells. Would definitely return.
