“truly a retreat” We arrived at night and were simply stunned in the morning when we awoke to the scenery around us. So much beautiful lush greenery and tastefully decorated open living spaces dotted by art sculptures to explore. I would recommend staying here to anyone happy to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud and truly relax in a part of paradise. Tamarra and Paul were perfect hosts respecting their guests privacy but also happy to engage in interesting evening conversations. Their staff too were incredibly warm and hospitable. There are some wonderful walks to take surrounding the area and the locals are all extremely friendly.

“Romantic and serene” We stayed at Villa Sujati for 2 nights in April with our 4 month old baby. It was wonderfully peaceful and serene after the bustle of Seminyak and I only wish we could have stayed on for longer. The walk down the path through the paddy fields was lovely and not too much trouble even with our baby in a carrier and the surrounding noise of crickets, roosters, dogs etc were all distant and pleasantly added to the atmosphere. Whilst the villa is a little remote from the town centre there were plenty of great cafes and warungs within walking distance so we weren't left wanting. The 'staff' (and the owner, Ketut, in particular) were lovely, friendly and trips into town, a cot and even babysitting was organised at a moments notice. Downsides: the sheer curtains throughout do mean there's little chance of sleeping in as the bedrooms become flooded with light at dawn, but with a little baby there was none of that for us anyway. And despite being surrounded by rice paddies on all sides (think stagnant water) there were surprisingly very few mosquitoes - but they were present and they bit my defenseless little one. There weren't many of them but we had to create a makeshift mosquito net over his cot using one of the curtains to protect him. All in all, I'd very happily stay here again.

“Probably the best holiday of my life - and I have been a few goo” Normally when I go on holiday, I am out every day, running around, seeing all of the surrounding countryside. I arrived at Jagaditha and never left (apart from about an hour). It was bliss and we had all that we wanted arrive to us, whether it was yoga teachers at sunrise or sunset, massage and whatever we wanted for dinner, they went out and bought and cooked :)

“Great Stay Yet again” We have stayed at Villa No. 5 a few times now and have no hesitation in returning. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The breakfast is great. The location is good and walking distance to many restaurants. The beds are comfy and the aircon works like a treat. The kids love being able to go in the pool whatever time of the day or night. Would definitely recommend staying here. Pizzas at The Island and the end of the gang are delicious.

“Great Little Villa, Very Convenient Location” I’ve just spent a wonderful week in Bali staying at Villa No5. There were eight of us and we booked 2 villas, No5 and No7 which are part of a same complex of villas in Seminyak and it couldn’t have been more perfect. What was amazing about No5? • The Villa itself – it’s a 2 bedroom villa with its own pool, and is wonderfully stylish and furnished with simple and very tasteful antiques. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a great treat to get such amazing uninterrupted sleep for a whole week. • The location – No5 is located in Seminyak, within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and bars. There were too numerous to try but special mention must be made about the fab food at Sardine, Café Bali and the wonderfully authentic local Balinese cuisine at Café Carliz. • Ibu Wendi – She’s a wonderful lady who took such great care of all of us during our stay, and cooks the most amazing Balinese food. A meal at the villa prepared by her is a definite must. She was also very popular with the girls for arranging all the manicures and pedicures, and special hair treatments for the girls and the girls all swore that she’s the best experience, like having their private spa. No5 is a wonderful gem and I will certainly be back!

“Perfect Getaway” Excellent Service! The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Quiet and serene and very private. Aside from the birds and the bees, you get a sense of tranquility - away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. The location is quite remote, which added to its appeal. You can arrange for a motorbike rental, if you're daring and adventurous enough to go out on your own and explore Bali. If not, you can always arrange for a tour or guide to take you around - look for Dpana, he's sure to give you a refreshing tour or pick you up if need be. And you get a local phone! Which of course you have to give back upon checkout, it makes it very convenient to call for room service or transport.

“It was all the comforts of home but away from home” We thoroughly enjoyed the house, my wife loved the decor, kid had an awesome time with the pool. The villa is actually cuter than picture. Short distance to the beach is just perfect. The mobile phone provided was a great plus to call a taxi or receive a call from taxi when you're waiting for pick up in other areas, and we enjoyed reserving the restaurants The staffs made us quitely comfortable. It rained many days of the week when I was there, and heavily. Well, I'd like to say, "A rainy day at the villa is better than a sunny day anywhere."

“Best place to stay in Bali ! Simply amazing villa and much bette” We have spent 2 incredible months in Pandan Tree Villas starting November 1st. It became a home for us! We have also traveled around Bali and I will have to say that this is for sure one of the best Villas to stay in Bali.Go ahead booking it without a doubt! You get a great quality for a very reasonable price. Location is pretty good as located in Canggu, very calm & quite place surrounded by nature and not far from the center(5 min. to the Echo & Tugu beach where you can have surfing, amazing sunsets, breakfast & lunch and 20 min. ride to Seminyak for a good shopping, nightlife & fine dinning).I also recommend to rent a bike for moving around. Staff of Pandan Tree Villas is super helpful and doing a really good job.Always clean and tidy! Thanks a lot to Daniel, D.Pana, Nyoman,Ayu & Eka for care & truly friendly approach. You can ask for anything and they are always there to help you! Villa itself is very comfortable and is even better than shown in the photos. We often used open kitchen for preparing tasty dinner and the pool of course was our favorite place :) We are going to come back to Pandan Tree Villas for sure!Already missing it:) Cheers Davit

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

Breakfast is fantastic very high quality produce , freshly made juices, full English breakfast including bread from Bali Buddha bakery plus there is the option of gluten free red rice bread. Location is great there are many restaurants within walking distance they include Indonesian, Japanese ,a Pub called the Plumbers Arms also the amazing Bali Buddha . It is 10 min via car to the beach and close to great shopping in Seminyak . An afternoon swim in the pool to cool down and then a beautiful sunset from the upstairs terrace sipping on a Gin & Tonic. “Great Value for Money Accomadation” My partner & I stayed 10 days in unit 3 and we would say it was one of the best accomadations we have stayed in in our 4 trips to Sanur. The staff were very helpfull and our unit was serviced daily. The only fault we could fine was it didn't have a toaster but on our 2nd last day new toaster arrived so all good now. If you are after a quite, clean with a private lap pool located 5 mintues walk to Sanur main street we would recommend the Smart Comfort Villa. Thanks see you next time Norman. Peter & Kim

“Fantastic” We stayed here for 13 days. Everything about this place we loved. Apartment is exactly as photos show and Nyoman and all the staff are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We hired a scooter and had the best time. The apartment was cleaned every day when we left and to a very high standard. We cannot wait to rebook for next year. Thankyou very much to everyone at Smart Comfort...you made our trip with a wonderful base to come back too at the end of the day
