“Great villa with nice view at sunset in Bali see” We spend 11 nights at villa Mente and enjoyed the luxury of the villa, the pool and it's staff. “Very authentic Ubud living from hospitable host” In our week's stay in Bali, Ubud was the 2nd destination and we loved it. No doubt Ubud is known for it's art works and culture and agung had made sure that his villa resembles the very essence of it. The villa is located right at the south-west edge of Ubud and is not the easiest place to be found. On the way, one can find all the marvelous wood carved artifacts on the village streets. The villa was built away from the main street in a quieter area with greeneries all around. It's amazing to find so much of trees around, yet there was not much of an issue with bugs/insects/mosquitoes. The kitchen is located just besides the cool private pool where we could enjoy the evening with some drinks and delicious local dishes. If you're interested in local cuisines, check out "Soka Kitchen" who had served the best authentic Balinese dishes at a very reasonable price (they also have home delivery which is even more convenient). None of the rooms got any aC, but Ubud is rather cooler compared to other parts of Bali and so we felt rather comfortable with the stand fans. Agung was extremely helpful all the way and gave us 1st hand experience of the local attractions and culture of Ubud. He himself had taken us around Ubud with visits to Monkey forest, the museums, art galleries, the spectacular rice fields. Pity we didn't have enough time to check out the Balinese dance or religious rituals in the local temples. A walk around the village in the morning breathing the fresh air and greeted with smiling locals is an unique experience and I'd suggest if you're looking for a trip to Bali, spend a few days in Ubud. Agung's villa can provide all amenities at a reasonable price for a family vacation.

“A little piece of Paradise” Beautiful villa set in equally beautiful surroundings, the ideal place to just sit and watch the world go by. Spend six days here split between just sitting around chilling out and being a bit more adventurous seeing the local attractions. Made the housekeeper was a wonderful cook and person who it seemed nothing was too much for. Gede was also always on hand to offer suggestions on possible excursions and organise them for you with his drivers Kadek and Putou who were also excellent. Then on top of that there was the gardener and night time security guard just to make sure everything was perfect. What more could you want?

“Great place!” We had a great time. We stayed for 1 week and had a relaxing break. The villa had a great deal of space. We liked sitting at the outside table overlooking the pool and garden for breakfast and lounging on the sofas for a movie. Comfortable beds and the sofas encouraged naps on lazy afternoons.The grounds were beautifully kept & we loved the range of flora. The staff were excellent. Yanni took great care of us.

“Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip” We cannot speak highly enough of your Villa, staff and Ketut. We stayed at a total of 3 villas whilst holidaying in Bali for over 14 days. Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip, even our 4 children can't wait to go back. On our flight home we all listed our top 5 highlights of our trip, all 4 Children had Villa Naora in their list, along with Swimming with Dolphins, water parks, playing with tigers and Monkey's at the Zoo. My husband, mother and I all had it at No. 1. Everything has been so thought out for an enjoyable family stay. The gardens are so well maintained and picturesque, the staff are so friendly and hard working. Both Annie and her assistant where amazing and made our time there so much more enjoyable, they were friendly, the kids adored them and their cooking was fantastic. We believe all of the finer details of our stay had been covered, the menu/recipe, the swimming/pool toys, breakfast included, the sports equipment to enjoy the gardens, the ability to enjoy in house massage, the childrens zone upstairs. This list goes on. Again we feel very blessed to have spent time at Villa Naora, we have been holidaying in Bali for over 10 years and this is the first time we have been to the North, Villa Naora and North Bali have taken our breathe away.
