“Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home” We loved every minute of our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable with up to date, modern amenities, furniture and fixtures. It was perfect for our 10 day vacation to Disney and Universal and so much better than staying at a hotel as we were able to buy and cook our own food, swim in the private pool, and enjoy separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our party (4 people). It was heavenly to come home to this house after a long, hot, exhausting day at the parks. There are plenty stores and restaurants within 2 miles of the neighborhood. A word of caution: this house is actually in Clermont and it was a bit further from Orlando, and the Disney and Universal resorts than we thought (about 50 min. from the airport, 40 from Universal, 30 from Disney - mostly due to traffic and construction, actual mileage is not far) but still not a bad drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. It was a great value and well worth every penny!

“Better than a hotel” The villa is located in a nice,quite environment but close enough to Disney and to shopping opportunities. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, a lot of entertainment facilities are available. Too bad that the little children costumes in the closet wouldn't fit any of us. We very much enjoyed the calm environment after a long day spent in Disney World. Thanks for the pleasant experience hope we can return some times!

“Clean new home” This being my first time staying outside Disney I was nervous about renting a home. But this home was 5 stars in all aspects . The home is very well furnished and was clean . It was spacious for the whole family and travelling with young children cleanliness is most importnat for me. This home was spic and span including the kitchen ware . I would recommend this to any one . You just need a renatl car to get around

“PERFECT FAMILY VILLA!” This villa is HUGE and gorgeous! We were traveling with a large family and with 7 bedrooms and 9 beds plus a crib in the master there is more than enough room for your whole family to enjoy a get away! There are 2 rooms located down stairs so if anyone is disabled they can use these rooms. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in private pool -with a bathroom entrance right off the pool area! We felt very safe in the community this villa is in and the area surrounding it. Champions Gate is a gorgeous little community with everything you need within 10 minutes. We were visiting Disney and found this villa a wonderful option to staying in the parks. It took us 15 minutes to get to any park and we always parked and loaded a tram quickly and went right to the door. I don't know why people have always convinced me staying of property would be such a hassle..it was no hassle at all! A lovely bonus to this villa was an ice cream truck driver lives right down the street and hits the neighborhood 2 times a day. The kids LOVED that! The home came with all the comforts needed to make us feel at home. Including pool toys, 2 high chairs, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, big beach towels, bath towels and rags, kitchen towels and all the cooking utensils and appliances needed for cooking meals. We did have a dilemma with an odd shape staircase that our child gate would not fit and a toddler but we just moved a couch to block the entry from the livingroom to the front area and that worked well. The home is tiled so it was easy to keep the floors clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were mixtures of full and flat to suit all preferences. The home smelled nice and did not have the mild moldy smell many FL homes can have from the high humidity in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, helpful and prompt to answer my silly questions about where items in the house were and how to work locks etc We will for sure stay here the next time we visit orlando area. This villa felt like home and was hard to leave. It truly is so comfortable and I am a hard one to please! If you are reading this and considering this home...seriously do not continue your search. There is so much that can go wrong when renting homes on vacations. But this one does everything right!

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Relaxing and peacefull” Hi.. For sure recomended. Its cosy and relaxing and a neat neighboorhood. I had a few concerns but as soon as i reported anything, the attendance was fast. This made my stay feel safe. Wallmart , target and some restaurants were close by. For sure will visit it again. Thank you for everything !

“Excellent Vacation! Can't wait to go back” We absolutely loved your villa and the resort it was situated in. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute. The house was very quiet and spacious. It can easily fit in two families of 4. The house was clean inside out. The mattresses were plush and bedding soft. The Mickey/Minnie room was super cute and my kids' favorite! We all slept like babies every night. The furniture was solid wood and looked brand new. It was also nice to have a kitchen with anything and everything we needed. It's a paradise to have that much space for a vacation. All theme parks including the Lego land were easy to access. There were Publix, McDonald, Danny's close by with plenty of choices to eat out. We were not able to swim in the pool or check the clubhouse. Will try out next time. The view from the backyard was gorgeous! We would definitely be back again soon. I would be happy to refer any friends thinking of travelling to Orlando area.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Such a pretty, quiet place to spend a week” I chose this home for our family to celebrate my husband's birthday because it is such a roomy, well-decorated spot. Each couple in our family had their own room and bathroom and the children were tucked away in their rooms, too. Plus we had plenty of space to spread out in the upstairs lounge or the family room downstairs. We also enjoyed the pool and game room. (I had the heat turned on in the pool since we visited in late November into early December, at an additional charge.) Some houses are under construction on the street, but that didn't interfere in our trip in any way. Both the owner and the management company responded to my questions promptly. I contacted the owner before our trip and the management company while we were on vacation. Both were responsive and equally pleasant to work with, which I appreciated. If you choose this home for your getaway, I recommend bringing a few things with you or you'll need to pick them up at the local Publix once you arrive since these are either very limited or not on hand: hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and dryer sheets (if you think you'll wash clothes) and maybe a few rolls of TP and a roll of paper towels. I'd bring an extra bath towel, too. The location is a bit of a drive to the theme parks, probably around 25-to-30 minutes. The entrance to the Providence Resort is very pretty, but the resort is situated in the middle of nowhere. Again, that didn't bother us, but it is good to know. If you enjoy walking, the resort offers lots of opportunities for walks along the main tree-lined street or around various neighborhoods. Publix is about 10 minutes away and restaurants are a little further. Hope that you enjoy yourselves here as much as we did.

“What a great family vacation!” The house is everything we see in pictures and more! So cozy and spacious. It has everything you need. Its close to Disney parks and you need a car to get to most places, but that it`s not a problema in Orlando. There are restaurants and walmart and other stores nearby. It was definitely a good choice staying at the villa since we were a group of 14 with kids. It was nice to get home and make a meal and chill after a busy day hoping from park to park.

“Cheerleading Comp” We had a great time and the house was more then we could ask for. There was so much room the beds were all very comfortable . The house was clean it ready for our stay on time. The pool was clean large area to sit and relax. The rooms were large and had lots of room for your things. The area is very quiet and close to everything. I will for sure rent this home again in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!!
