“Our Spirits were renewed!” Things don't happen by chance! Little did we know six months ago when we booked our vacation how much we would really, really NEED a quiet and peaceful week! This little corner of Marathon is exactly that: quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortably furnished, very clean, and the view is - well, I don't think there is a 'better' view anywhere! It's picture perfect - even to the gorgeous green iguana on the palm tree! (but you have to look quick - they move fast!). We had our son, daughter in law and two little grandkids with us...it was perfect! Sunrise with coffee by the pool, under the Chickee or on the patio...awesome! Lots to do for families or singles very close by...yup...you really can even have pizza delivered if you don't want delicious, fresh seafood!..and wow! are there some awesome spots for that!! Communication with the owners is impeccable...could NOT be better. These are the folks with whom you love to do business!! Thanks so much, Todd and Jamie!

“Well maintained, quality furnished condo with very helpful owner.” We have stayed in several different condos @ Sapphire Beach in several different price ranges. John's is by far the best maintained despite it not being the highest end priced. It also has a great bar/eating area on the lower deck. Renting from John is like renting from a friend or family member. There were no surprises from John other than I had over paid without realizing & he contacted me to let me know he was sending me a check.

“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “Great vacation with beautiful views!” We arrived to PCB late in the evening. There was no need to check in, the keyless entry is very convenient. The condo is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. My family and I really enjoyed the spacious beaches, lack of crowds, pools and scenery. Much of the evenings spent on a huge ocean front wrap around balcony with great views. The owners are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. My family loved this place so much that we have already booked another week with Ilia in June. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. I Welcomed in the New Year & said goodbye to 2013, could not have done this in a better location: would I visit again yes off course I would, if u are thinking of renting this condo stop thinking go for it

“Loved It, Didn't Want to Leave It!” Laguna Vista is removed from the main street and an easy 15 minute walk or quick bike ride to town. We added a couple taxi rides as needed which were cheap and easy. Absolutely no problems getting around! Tony and Jo are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond and filled in so many gaps for us. They live upstairs and are easily accessible, helpful and all around terrific people! I can't say how much we appreciated them and knowing there was someone on the island we could trust should we hit a snafoo! Also loved the extra's such as having a local cell phone, bikes to ride, flowers in conch shells. The grounds of Laguna Vista are immaculate; the pool total relief, soothing fountain sounds great at night and an amazing palapa to dine under! Only drawback- it's hot to cook in the kitchen. The bedrooms have awesome aC and we slept like rocks. The town- delightful; many memories and meals we remember fondly- don't miss El Picante, La Picola. We also enjoyed an awesome BBQ of our own fresh caught wahoo at Laguna Vista. Such a great time, Thank You!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Sunshine, beaches, What's not to love?” My husband and I stayed at this pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 grown children and one son-in-law. The two bedrooms and two baths worked fine for our group. Our married daughter and hubby had to share a bedroom with her brother. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and clean without being too new to cause worry about a little sand. There were all sorts of beach toys and towels available. The kitchen had a full range of dishes and I cooked fresh fish from the local grocery store several nights. It was convenient to walk to the lovely uncrowded beach with no high-rises in sight. we kayaked with the condo's kayaks in the lagoon and saw a large range of birds, including an osprey feeding on a fish. We had gorgeous weather and collected quite a few shells. Would definitely return.
