“Best Vacation Ever!” My family and I stayed at Point Of View Villa last Christmas. We had a fantastic time! The Villa was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was wonderful to find a place away from all the tourist traps and high prices, but still be able to take short trips to see many of Jamaica's attractions. My family and I are definitely coming back! Having our own private cook was great, we all loved her cooking and professional service, it was more than we had hoped for. We have stayed other places and this was by far the best. The owner was very helpful advising us. Highly recommended!!!

“Wonderful” Chateau Margot was perfect for a family celebration and holiday. The three seperate buildings gave privacy and comfort for the three different families on this trip. The terrace was perfect to enjoy the spectacular views and get together for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The house is very well appointed, tastefully furnished and very quiet.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Movie-Star Location” We have been renting villas in Nevis for several years and also stayed at many other Caribbean islands. Coccoloba is by far the best and most luxurious we have stayed in. This was our second stay there and we cannot wait to go back for out winter trip. This time we brought our friends Chuck and Sue. The villa is very spacious and both bedroom suites are beautifully furnished with large doors opening sraight onto the deck and pool. Peter and Louise (the owners) went beyond the call of duty organizing everything for us before our arrival, meeting us at the airport and thoughtfully leaving the fridge stocked with food and drinks. There was even a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us. The car rental didn't show up as planned on our arrival so Peter lent us his car for the first evening! The road up to the villa is quite rough in some places and we were pleased we had a jeep. However, once there, the views are just breathtaking. The villa is set in amongst trees and forest with no immediate neighbours so it really is very private. We did have unannounced visitors on two mornings when about 15 monkeys came down through the garden! Although the photos on the website are beautiful they don't do it justice. The pool has a real infinity edge, the water seems to just fall into the sea below. During our earlier visits to Nevis we used to have sunset drinks at Sunshines bar on the beach by Four Seasons. This time we always made sure we were back on our deck. Watching the sunset from there was just amazing. As I mentioned before we do villa rentals 3 or 4 times a year. Compared to the others we have rented this has to be both our favourite and the best value for money we have found. I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone.

“Perfect!” Title says it all. PERFECT island vacation home. Better than advertised. We had 7 adults and 2 infants and had plenty of room to relax. Pool, views are incredible. Convenient enough to travel the rest of the island (although you may ask yourself "why leave!". Rick and Steve are great hosts, responsive to any questions you might have. Recommend renting SUV and also that you give yourself plenty of time at the airport when departing. Highly recommend Villa Amour and would definitely return!

“Beautiful condo, very friendly owners!!!” As we love to explore and participate on as many outdoor activities as possible, we needed to stay on a central location. This was perfect for us as arenal Volcano is within 1.5 hrs drive to the left and Monteverde within the same distance to the right. Liberia airport just about the same distance (all in all, very convenient for our purposes) note: as Costa Rica has so much to offer, 1.5 hrs is not an unusual drive if you want to experience as many activities and sites as you can) All the units are state of the art (wireless, fiber high-speed internet, kitchen appliances, etc) and with all the amenities of a very modern condo. The owners, Zen & Doreen were very nice and friendly and made us feel quite welcome. “Superb service in idilyc setting” We had a fantastic week staying in Bananaquit house. The service was 5* everything is thought of by Joan and her team. The house was immaculate and we were immediately made to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious and airy. The house is incredibly relaxing and there are board games galore, the swimming pool is incredible and then there is the view, which has to be one of the best in the world. I would recommend Bananaquit House to groups of couples or families. When we booked we were recommended a list of places to go which really helped as we'd never been before. I would recommend an afternoon out sea, snorkling and stopping off in Marigot Bay and a trip to the sulphur springs which were a bit smelly but great fun. I would also highly recommend Orlando's at the bottom of the hill for a lovely dinner out. Brilliant house made by the wonderful service.

“Fabulous location for a group of friends” Very spacious and bright villa, every amenity we could think of. We stayed for a week with a group of 6 friends and loved to cook in the perfect kitchen or grill some fresh fish and enjoy the evening on the veranda. Four of the rooms have private verandas so everyone could choose privacy or staying together. For 6 people the villa is almost too big, you get lost in the living room :-) The owner provides detailed information beforehand about everything you might want to know about the house and the island. The caretakers have been very helpful and assisted with the transfer as our rental car could not hold all six with luggage. Highly recommended!

“We didn't want to leave!” My husband and I stayed at Mooncottage for too short a time in april 2014. We loved it and will hope to go back one day. The layout of the cottage is perfect for a couple. Separate sleeping cottage allows for one to sleep-in undisturbed while the other makes coffee. The island/asian decor is very attractive and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. But the very best feature is the view which is absolutely to die for. Once there, you will be happy to skip a day at the beach and just bask in the breezy air, taking an occasional dip in the tiny pool, positioned perfectly between the bedroom and the deck. The drive in is pretty hair-raising, but once you get the hang of the very steep and very rough roads (typical in Carol Bay and much of St. John) and the perilously steep driveway, you'll be so glad you made the journey!

“Beautiful Property” The entire staff was terrific. Viviana was super helpful as she was able to make travel arrangements for us to make our stay enjoyable. Stephen was also terrific, he was great during booking and even called to check in with us while we were there. My only regret is not taking Stephen's recommendation to have our cars (Suvs!) delivered directly to the villa. Also, do not get anything but an SUV as a rental, a regular car will not make it up to the villa.

“Best Vacation Ever” This was the perfect condo for our best vacation ever. We came as three couples and each couple had its own private room, bathroom and balcony. The design of the condo allows for a huge great room were we all gathered to discuss our daily events. The owner arranged to have his own private limo/guide pick us up from the airport. He also arrange free pedicures and manicures as well as nail art from a local Spa. It was the best my nails have ever looked in my entire life. When we arrived at the condo we were in awe of the beautiful condo and the breath taking views of the pacific ocean. The condo has an 20 foot mural of the ocean that you see when you first enter the unit. Your eyes then go from the mural to the most beautiful ocean view that my husband and I have ever seen. This unit was immaculately clean and decorated with luxury sculptures. The mattresses and linens were best we have ever slept on in all of our years of travel. During the mornings we would walk the beach, then each afternoon we did a local trip of either Zip-Linning, Fishing, ATV, or hiking. Then in the late afternoon the ladies went to the private pool as the men worked out in the private work out room. At night we went to some fabulous restaurants that the owner recommended and got a discount for us. Two nights we went out dancing to early in the morning. One thing we never missed was the sunsets from the balcony. The view from his balcony was spectacular. I would highly recommend you staying at this condo. We are coming back next year and this is the only place we will stay.
