“Great Location” We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Overall the house was good. Pros: Clean, spacious, close to Disney Parks, close to stores, very quite place, easy access, comfortable furnitures, Cons: master bedroom was hot, internet service went down mostly at night time like it has a timer at night, and odd times during day time only for few minutes, the pool only the first day when we arrived pool was with cloudy water and water very hot all the time, we think the heater was on. Cable TV, we had two afternoons that we had no signal. The house has two blenders both not working. No raw meat knife, we had to buy our own for cooking. We wanted to use the garage to place our car, it has many objects we could not use it.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“Good price for family of 10” With 5 bedrooms, fits 10 comfortably. Owner is very helpful and location is 20mins from the parks. Walmart and restaurants are very close.

“Excellent” The house was perfect for our families. Every thing was great. Except the sliding door lock is broken, the glass table is unstable if you have kids and the folding table in the kitchen doesn't have the hinges to be unfolded. I love the house and will return there and refer it to my friends without hesitation.

“Great Family Friendly Home” We had a blast. It felt safe and secure. It was clean and spacious. I have a large family of 9 and everyone had plenty of space. Quiet but friendly neighbors. Amenities were awesome. Hot tub was so relaxing. We had a great time.

“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“Great stay” The house was huge ,clean and came with everything we would need , my whole family enjoyed the house, and it was so close to all the great shops and parks , the community was nice and safe , the kids love the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub ,

“Large home with easy access to Disney” This home was large enough for our whole family (7 adults) to sleep comfortably and it was so easy to get to the parks quickly before the crowds! Our adult children felt like kids again in the Scooby Doo room. The kitchen was large enough to cook family meals, and grocery stores are very nearby. Our only "wishes" while we were there were to have an outdoor grill and to have a TV in the family room large/loud enough for all of us to hear (the room was comfortable, though). We liked the gated community, but the streets are very narrow and with lots of parked cars, if you're driving a large vehicle you have to be very careful. The owner was superbly kind and quick with communicating. We'd definitely stay here again.
