“Love Vista Cay” I have stayed at a Vusta Cay resort 3 times. I'm never disappointed in how the places are so clean nicely decorated. If available they will always be my 1st choice. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cable. It did not have a variety of channels and the signal did not work for every channel.

“Location ideal” After a full day at the Disney Parks it is so enjoyable to walk into a spacious home away from home. Secure in the knowledge that everyone has room to spread out and relax from playing hard all day. A wonderful fully furnished townhouse with all the amenities of home in a gated community located just off of Fl 192 behind Kissemmee Old Town and only 3 miles from Walt Disney World s Animal Kingdom. Beautiful pool and play area are bonus over the top.

“Great place, good value!” This was our first time renting a house from an owner. We had a great experience. The owner Mary was very helpful and she even called us right after we checked-in to make sure that everything met our standards and we had what we needed. The unit is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort is in a great location and has easy access to expressway I-4 and 417. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Disney and the Espn World Sport Center. We also enjoyed walking around Old Town in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Thank you Mary for letting us stay there.

“nice place well kept” This condo is in a good location. You can walk to Old Town to the car shows every friday and saturday nights. The wi-fi is excellent. There is plenty of room. We ride our bicycles up and down 192 on the very wide sidewalks. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The owner keeps you informed of the things you need to know in a timely fashion

“Great Location” We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Overall the house was good. Pros: Clean, spacious, close to Disney Parks, close to stores, very quite place, easy access, comfortable furnitures, Cons: master bedroom was hot, internet service went down mostly at night time like it has a timer at night, and odd times during day time only for few minutes, the pool only the first day when we arrived pool was with cloudy water and water very hot all the time, we think the heater was on. Cable TV, we had two afternoons that we had no signal. The house has two blenders both not working. No raw meat knife, we had to buy our own for cooking. We wanted to use the garage to place our car, it has many objects we could not use it.

“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. “Mickey Mouse Hut” Wonderful home. Everything you need for a home away from home. Pool was awesome. More than enough pool towels to use. Home was very spacious. Only complaint I had was it was not enough cookware to use to cook meals enough for a large group. Other than that small gesture, I give it 5 stars. “Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “Fantastic Vacation in Orlando” Thanks to Jan we probably had the best vacation in years. The condo is very well situated. It’s only a five minute drive from restaurants and supermarkets, such as Aldi and WalMart. For us it was very important since we have two kids and love to taste local food and cook in. The kitchen is equipped with high class appliances and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Needless to say, the condo is kept impeccably clean and spotless. We were also impressed by the overall design of the condo and the furniture. Having two bathrooms was an additional plus. The master bathroom with its expensive marble counter top and tiled with natural stone, seemed to have come out from an upscale designer office. The pool located only a few steps away from our porch was a little jewel. It was never crowded and on most times we had it only to ourselves. The gated community is located in a well-kept prestigious area and its admin personnel helped us a lot in planning our visits to the amusement park, printing tickets, etc. Jan is a very friendly person, going out of his way to make our stay at the condo enjoyable. His professionalism in running the condo and his attention to detail is fantastic. The condo definitely exceeded all my expectations.
