“Beautiful Umalas Villias.” This place was beautiful and clean with everything you would want in a well equipped Villa. Chef was amazing. Tried very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. You would definitely need a taxi to head to the beach or to do some shopping. But nothing was too difficult or too far away. I would highly recommend the villas. And hope to come back soon. It was so peaceful. The owner was always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us tremendously. Along with her amazing staff. Which included the driver, security guards, housekeeper and chief.

“Ideal for a family!!” We stayed at Umalas Retreat 2 in August, took advantage of cheap flights from Darwin and there opening special. Our family was not disappointed! Main bedroom extremely spacious, kids rooms well set up and all the amenities that one could ask for. Outside area was good, pool was clean and the kids loved it. Thank you so much to the housekeeper / chef she prepared us local food and we all enjoyed the experience, also thank you to Kay in helping us with the booking and providing us with idea of things to do in the area.

“What a find!” We are just back from Bali and I have to tell everyone about this amazing villa that we feel so lucky to have found. We have stayed in a number of villas in Bali over the years but Umulas Retreat is one of the few villas where the minute you walk in you know have found something special. We travelled with out daughter and the villa is stocked with games/videos/pool toys which meant that we didn't have to think about anything at all (other than working on our tans). The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, Juwini is not only an amazing chef cooking up a storm at the drop of a hat (we even had a suckling pig one night!) but a fountain of knowledge - is there anything this lady does not know. She made our stay one we will always remember and cherish and we are already planning our next visit. The villa itself is incredible, the decor is stunning (I'm planning on stealing lots of ideas) and is beyond comfortable, the beds are massive king size beds with the best quality bed linen I came across in the three weeks we spent in Bali. We loved walking through the area and discovering an abundance of new cafes's/restaurants that have popped up, but if we wanted to venture into Seminyak it was 5 mins away. We loved our stay and really can't recommend this villa to everyone we speak to.

“Bali tranquility at its best:)” Easy Check In - Wayan picked me up from airport - super efficient and helpful. Owners- Benjamin and Made went out of there way to help me and made my stay an enjoyable one. Villa - fantastic pool - must only be 6 months old, well maintained garden. Fantastic interior designed villa, felt very luxurious with double bed, air con, awesome bathroom and living area. I would highly recommend this villa!

“Great Location, Price and Great Holiday in Bali!” We have been to Bali on several family holidays but never stayed at a villa before but always will from now on! We were picked up at the airport and then greeted by Kadek the staff at the villa even though after midnight with welcome drinks and a couple of things we requested waiting for us! The villa was really comfortable and much less than other villas which was important for us for a holiday on a budget. The kids loved the pool and the villa was well equipped with everything we needed. Kadek the housekeeper was great and always had everything clean even if the kids made a mess! Steve the owner helped out by making everything easy and organising some drivers and tours which we very recommend Wayan for as he was brilliant! Thanks so much also for the gift for our childrens birthday it made it a special birthday in Bali for Emily :) See you all again soon!

“Perfect Stay” We have got welcome drinks in the first of their service. I celebrate my birthday party with some friends from Austria, we have everything the equipment to cook. The housemaid were also really friendly, she organize us for our food and meal. The place was really relaxing and peace. I definitely recommend this place and will be back for my stay in Bali

“Paradise found at Villa Ruku Ruku, Seminyak, Bali” Villa Ruku Ruku was the most beautiful and peaceful location to holiday at. Everything one could hope for was provided from the pool,and luxurious garden setting to a water filter machine and mosquito coils. The staff who attended to our every need, in particular the housekeeper Wayan, were friendly, helpful and informative and ensured our stay was a happy one. The aircon in the bedroonms was appreciated plus the two roomy bathrooms adjoining each bedroom. Great value - I will be back and also telling all my friends about it.

“Amazing villa and so affordable!” Villa madah is tucked away from the busy streets and is very quiet, relaxing and secluded. Amazing private open villa with a pool. Couldn't believe how inexpensive it was, such great value. It's not in the main seminyak hub which is what i liked. If you have been to Bali before and just there to relax then this is perfect. Be prepared to take taxis if you want to venture to kuta/seminyak areas. The house keeper Wayan is lovely and very helpful. Everything was organised and sorted for us from a local phone to grocery shopping, cooked breakfast and massages in the villa. Would definitely recommend!!

“Great place and location” Fantastic place in an awesome and beautiful location. Further enough away from the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet but still fairly close to bars, places to eat etc. The dogs were super friendly and made our stay very happy!! Gil was very friendly and helpful with local places to eat and things to do, however did not realise that he would be staying at the property as well when it was booked, though this was not too much of a problem as his company was pleasant. Staff were great as were the amenities. Would have liked to stay for another couple of nights!

“Simply perfect!” After spending our first two nights in a hotel in Bali we moved on to our booking at the Purnama. We are a blended family with two teenage girls and a ten year old boy. We stayed in a total of 3 different places while in Bali and we all voted Purnama our favourite. Purnama is at the end of a gang (alleyway) off the main road. We had a very warm greeting by Iluh the beautiful Balinese manager of this villa. She was very sweet and kind and very happy to make sure all our needs were accomadated. She even gave us a cell phone to use for local calls/ texts and with her number keyed in in case we needed her. The Villa has plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We felt like we had plenty of space. The pool was divine and the kids didn't stay out of it for long. The location is perfect..Walk one way up the gang to the main road or down the other way to the beach. We loved Luna Spa down towards the beach and there is plenty of places to choose to eat. We never felt unsafe both in the Villa or the Gang at night. Cleaning was done daily, fresh towels and pool towels. Our ten year old enjoyed the large TV and DVD player. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. We also thought would be a great place for three couples. Quiet, private but yet central to a good part of Legion. “Best choice for 8 pax group” We are 8 pax group. We stay Villa Bulan from19th jan till 25th jan 2014. I have been stay villa Bullan 3 years ago because my friend who live in japan suggest me. We choose this villa again because there are yoga studio in 5 min in walks. This is perfect location for us to do yoga practice. The staff in villa bulan are same as before and very kind and good at English. It is no stress with communicate them in my poor English. It is sure, if you ask them,they can cook beautiful Indonesian foods. This time, they teach me how to cook Indonesia food. We having very relax time even 8 persons in same villa, because this villa have 5 bed rooms. There are wonderful delax time for me, when we waiting with having nap for lunch time after morning yoga class. I fully recommend villa Bulan when you stay with big group like us.
