Description
Le gîte KATALPA d'une capacité de 10 à 13 personnes + une yourte, en réalité se compose de deux maisons éloignées de quelques mètres et auprès desquelles grandit un magnifique Catalpa. Autour du gîte, situé sur le terrain mitoyen de la Maison de Sebéa, s'étend un vaste jardin d'environ 1400 m². À quelques mètres de distance des maisons se trouve une grande piscine, chauffée du mois d'avril à octobre. Le Catalpa est un arbre originaire d'Amérique du Nord et d'Asie Orientale, connu pour ses très grandes feuilles, ses fleurs en grosses grappes et son odeur qui éloigne mouches et moustiques.
Tout au long de l'année, et pour un minimum de deux nuitées, ce gîte vous permettra de faire une halte près de Bordeaux et de découvrir sa magnifique région.
Vous voici à Gradignan, petite ville très verte idéalement située au cœur des prestigieux vignobles de l'AOC Pessac-Léognan, à 3 kilomètres à peine des sources de Caudalie, à 20 minutes du centre ville de Bordeaux (environ 10 kms) et à 45 minutes des plages océanes et du bassin d'Arcachon.
A l'intérieur
D'une surface d'environ 110 m2, la première maison compte trois chambres en parquet, qui disposent chacune de deux couchages modulables (soit lit double de 180X200, soit deux lits simples de 90X200). Le séjour est un espace spacieux et lumineux, dans lequel vous pourrez profiter d'une table de billard (américain, français ou anglais) et d'une installation Home Cinéma. La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner en tout confort : four cinq feux, lave-vaisselle, congélateur, frigidaire, robot multifonctions, etc. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain, il y a 4 WC en tout.
La seconde maison, d'environ 40 m2, compte une grande chambre de plus de 20 m2, pouvant accueillir, selon les besoins, entre deux et quatre couchages modulables (soit lit double de 180 X 200, soit deux lits simples de 90X200, plus deux lits supplémentaires). En outre, la maison dispose d'une salle de bains avec WC (équipée d'un lave-linge) et d'un espace détente avec babyfoot, TV, jeux, etc.
À l'extérieur
Le jardin et la piscine chauffée d'avril à octobre sont à usage exclusif.
Disposant d'un grand jardin privatif de 1400 m2 et de sa propre piscine chauffée, ce gîte offre de multiples façons de goûter les joies de la vie à l'air libre. À l'ombre du Katalpa, vous pourrez cuisiner sur la plancha espagnole et prendre vos repas sur une grande table familiale. Le parasol chauffant installé sur la terrasse permet d'être confortablement installés dehors même s'il fait un peu frais.
Une Yourte de 25m², vous attend pour dormir, méditer, pratiquer le yoga, ou faire des activités jeu. La yourte possède aussi ses toilettes et salle de bain externes. Nous avons aussi installé un jacuzzi pour vous détendre.
De belles dimensions (9 X 4 mètres) et d'accès sécurisé, la piscine est équipée d'un système d'électrolyse au sel et chauffée du mois d'avril à octobre. Vous en bénéficiez à titre exclusif. Un coin détente a été installé, composé d'un jacuzzi et d'un sauna vous pourrez vous y détendre. Le jardin dispose aussi d'une table de ping-pong et d'un portique, qui feront la joie des petits et des grands.

Le reste est jeté dans la poubelle noire et sorti les mardis et vendredis.
