House in the city center, typically located in Bordeaux and quiet upscale neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the Place Gambetta. Covering an area of 130 m2, it offers on the ground floor, an entrance hall, lounge, dining-room, a kitchen garden. The landing of the first floor serves a bathroom, dressing room and 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with its own bathroom (period!), A second bedroom with wardrobe and bed for 2, a third bedroom with 2 places, closet and TV. Toilets on each level of the house. Laundry in the basement. TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. The garden is equipped with a bench, chairs, tables, lounge chairs, barbecue and plancha. easily one station is in the small street not pass. Bicycle in the street (2 women, 2 men), ability to lend additional 2. All that's groceries (condiments, which is necessary for preparing meals and everything for breakfast is offered, dependent replace what we end!). Linens, towels, tablecloths, sheets is available free of charge.
