A modern, tastefully furnished and fully equipped apartment which is tucked away on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bracciano.
Explore and experience Bracciano, the famous Odescalchi castle and the historical surrounding towns, relax by and swim in the lake or take day trips into Rome on the train.
However you choose to spend your time you will find the Sabatino apartment the perfect base from which to enjoy a unique authentic Italian holiday.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people with a double or twin room and sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel baby cot also available upon request.
There is a comfortable lounge area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and well equipped kitchen corner with washing machine. The Bathroom is with a shower.

“Perfect Holiday! We couldn't ask for anything else!”
My boyfriend and I found this apartment in Bracciano absoultely perfect. Perfect size and perfect location. It came fully equipt for all our needs including itmens for picnics out and trips to the lake. The owners were so kind as to provide us with milk and bread as we arrived late which we were extremely grateful for!! They continued to suprise us with their kindness by even helping us find some bikes to hire. We couldn't fault the accomodation or the help we recieved. The apartment is 15 minutes to the Lake downhil through the beautiful town of Bracciano; coming back however may be difficult if you have children, elderly or have medical issues as the hill is extremely steep! Worth a go just take bottles of water or take the easy option of the bus! Rome is very easy to commute to. We had no difficulties at all. It's a 5 minute walk to the station where the trains into central Rome are every half an hour. An 8 euro ticket gets you full access to all trains in and out, the metro and the buses all day. Bargain!! There is no excuse not to go. At least 3 days is needed to see all of Rome. We cannot fault our weeks stay in Bracciano. The apartment is cosy and practical, the lake is stunning and Rome is a must see city. Thank You David and Viv :-)
