The Siro country house is an oasis of peace, delightful cottage completely independent located in a wonderful landscape at the foot of rising reserves Agrarian University of Bracciano which extends from Bracciano to the sea and where you can meet , walking the various trails, Maremma cows, donkeys and horses living in the wild. The elegant house that was built from the property with extreme attention to detail, is situated within a large garden square. 5000, has its own separate entrance with private parking and is just minutes away from the famous Lake and the center of Bracciano (3 km), km. 15 from the Terme di Stigliano, about 15 km from Cerveteri, km. 20 from the sea, km. 30 from Rome which is easily reached by car or by train. The house has a very original and attractive appearance and is on two levels. On entering the ground floor, there is a cozy room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom, upstairs there is a bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace where you can admire the view, the whole house it is equipped with mosquito nets and for better security of our customers with protection grilles. Inside you will find everything you need to enjoy a good breakfast in the mode self - service is also a coffee maker with espresso blends selected. Externally the house has a wonderful white wooden porch with a table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner during the summer. The entire garden is shared with the owners, who live in an adjacent villa, but given the size of the space you can not have total privacy. In the garden, during the summer, you will also find sunbeds and where you can relax and an outdoor shower where you can refresh. In the months of June, July and August, two deck chairs are provided free of charge to our customers for the entire stay at private beach of Lake Bracciano. The interiors are all made in gray tones of white and taupe, and everything is designed to make guests feel at home loro.Vi is the possibility of renting windsurfing lessons, sup, weekly sailing courses for kids , riding lessons and horse riding and tennis lessons.
