Description

Chandler Estate is well located within easy access to the Bayside areas of Cleveland, Stradbroke Island, Wellington Point, Victoria Point and Manly Bayside areas.

Local sport centres - Sleeman Sports Complex, Royal Life Saving Society, Qld Rifle Association,Wynnum Manly Sailing Club, The Royal Queensland Yacht Club Manly and Sailing - Moreton Bay.

We are 15 mins to airport and 20 mins to city. Close proximity to all major tourist and event attractions. Halfway between Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

On a large garden acreage so close to everything with freshly grown organic vegetables, fruit and free range eggs which guests are welcome to have.

There is a private guest suite with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room private bathroom and toilet. Self catering if guests choose.

Parking available and bus stop right outside our doorstep.

· 25Kms from Brisbane CBD · 24Kms from Brisbane Airport · 5mins to M1 (Access to the Gold & Sunshine Coast) · 5mins to Carindale or Capalaba Shopping Centres. Bus stop directly out front of our driveway and train system 10 mins away.

Booked this trip for a family visit at Christmas but then time alone to check out Brisbane. What a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean and everything you could need. Nothing is too much trouble for Anne and Greg. We will certainly be recommending this place.

How do damage deposits work?
