Description
Felicity cottage is a grade ll listed, slate fronted, cob built terraced cottage.
It has recently been renovated to provide modern comforts while retaining its character.
The cottage is in a most convenient position, located at the end of a quiet no through rd off the high street, there is little need to move your car with everything on your doorstep, Summerleaze beach, the lovely sea pool, the breakwater and whale rock, Bude canal, shops and restaurants, golf, fishing, breathtaking coast path, tennis, rowing boat hire, and surf hire shops all within walking distance. There are also plenty of attractions a short drive away, north to the stunning beach of Sandymouth (which can be walked to along the beach from Bude if timed well! ) and Duck pool, the isolated feeling Hartland peninsula and on to Clovelly. South to picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle, Crackington haven, and Port Issac. Along with many attractions and fun days out with in half an hrs drive.
There is parking for one car in front of the property, being a no through rd reversing out is necessary. At the back there is a small yard that has shared access with joining properties. As this is a lovely quiet residential road we ask guests to be considerate of neighbours by keeping noise levels down especially after 10pm, keeping shared walk ways clear and parking with consideration. Dogs are allowed (2 medium or three small) with the nearest beach allowing dogs all year (lead restrictions in peak times 10am-6pm). Bude is very dog friendly with many cafes and restaurants allowing them in.

“A perfect week”

“What a gem”
This is the most beautiful and cozy cottage we've stayed in, right in Bude Town centre made it easy for shopping and also walking down to the beach. We will definitely be returning

“Excellent cottage”
Loved our stay at Felicity Cottage. A lovey character cottage in a great location, close to shops, the beach, restaurants- everything within easy walking distance. The cottage was clean, well equipped and extremely cosy. We will definitely return.
