This semi-detached cottage on the owner's working farm is situated close to the village of Pumsaint in South Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Crud-y-Barcud is a welcoming cottage attached to the owner's farmhouse, on a working livestock farm, 1.5 miles from the small village of Pumsaint and 8 miles from Lampeter. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Crud-y-Barcud is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers in this most delightful area of Wales. Two well behaved small/medium dog's allowed at a charge of £25 per week - Please note there is a big yard and garden for use but dogs must be kept on leads on the full grounds.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi and selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Shop 5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage has narrow stairs. Note: Low beam in double bedroom, and two steps into twin room. Note: The owner keeps dogs in the farm yard. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The small village of Pumsaint is situated in the Cothi Valley, close to both Lampeter and Llandovery. This location is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers, whilst the village itself has a pub. Attractions nearby include the Red Kite centre, Dolaugothi Gold Mines, a riding school, fishing, the Brianne Dam and Botanical Gardens.
