Rustico Dora si trova a Montemagno, piccolo paese di collina sull'antico cammino,della via Francigena.
Circondata dal verde di uliveti e vigneti, è un ottimo punto di partenza per tranquille passeggiate; ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge della Versilia ed in posizione strategica per visitare sia le principali città d’arte situate nel cuore della Toscana (Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Siena) che mete turistiche come la Garfagnana, le cave di marmo di Carrara e le romantiche Cinque Terre.
La casa, confortevole e accogliente, è un caratteristico rustico arredato in stile toscano con pavimenti in cotto e soffitto con travi in legno, è dotata di elettrodomestici, collegamento wi-fi e parcheggio privato. Il giardino con patio e barbecue, contornato da piante aromatiche e alberi da frutto, è un ottimo rifugio per rilassarsi, mentre a pochi passi due ristoranti propongono piatti tipici della cucina toscana.
L’alloggio, di circa 100 mq è dislocato su due livelli. Si compone di: 1 camera matrimoniale, 2 bagni, ripostigli, sala da pranzo, cucina abitabile completa di ogni comfort, giardino con patio ed ingresso indipendente.
Nella struttura non si accettano animali ed è vietato fumare. Il rustico è adatto ai bambini ma purtroppo non lo è per i disabili.
E' consigliato l'uso di auto propria, comunque a pochi passi dalla casa si trova la fermata dell'autobus che permette di raggiungere stazioni ferroviarie ed aeroporti.

“lovely old town house in centre of very nice village with good bars on your doorstep.”
Met by the owner on arrival who was very welcoming and had made us a very nice platter of cold meat, cheese and bread with a good bottle of red wine. Really nice house with a lovely garden. We were comfortable from the minute we arrived. Two good restaurants very closeby, a nice bar and excellent take-away pizza. Stunning views as you enter the village of the mountains and a great location for visiting Pisa, Lucca and the beautiful coastline. Would happily recommend the house to freinds and family and hope to return in the future.

“Lovely Property in Good Location”
Rustico Dora is a lovely holiday house. An old property with character that has been tastefully modernised to be a nice practical holiday home that is perfect for a family. It has two modern bathrooms and a nice size kitchen with all the modern necessary equipment. There is a lovely rear garden that captures the early morning sun and is perfect for relaxing in the pergola where you can enjoy breakfast. Although it is situated in the middle of the village on the main road it is surprisingly quiet and we hardly noticed the traffic. Being in the centre of the village does give the property the advantage of only being a few metres from two good restaurants and a lovely bar/pizzeria. It was always easy to park the car next to the church only metres from the entrance to the house. The area has some lovely foot paths you can walk from the house up into the peaceful picturesque hills and villages. Rustico Dora is ideally located to be within easy reach of Lucca with all its historical and Architectural beauty which is only 21 km to the east and the beach only 14 km to the west. We found our stay very pleasent and the manager very friendly to deal with. We would recomend it to anyone.

“Very nice authentically Toscany house in the mountains”
We have stayed in this new renovated house for one week and the host was very very nice and helpful. the house is lovely furnished and everything is new. Fully equipped with TV and Pay TV , fridge, grill, dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need. the village has two bars and two restaurants (one very good and low price). Only 20 Minutes to the sea.
