Description

Semi-detached stone village house sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.Le Canard is typical village houses. It offers great flexibility in numbers holidaying. The main house consists of a large dining sitting room with a built in kitchen and a wood burning stove and electric radiator heating. Within the main house there are two double bedrooms and a toilet shower room. All rooms have electric radiators.This house can also be made available with two additional bedrooms. The first is entered from the access to the terrace and is twin bedded with a separate toilet and shower room. The second larger bedroom is accessed from the path to the house and contains a double bed and its own toilet / shower room. This arrangement gives great flexibility when renting this property. The minimum being 2 people but with the possibility of up to 8 persons. The property has a large south facing terrace, which overlooks the village square and down the Dourbie valley.

“BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX”

1 Gîte principal avec 2 chambres et 2 chambres à part (accès par l'extérieur) donc compliqué pour 2 familles de 2 adultes + 2 enfants selon l'âge des enfants. Le gîte est au calme, éloigné de tout (peut être un inconvénient pour certains car aucun commerce à moins de 15 kms). Attention, cet endroit n'est pas adapté aux personnes âgées ou aux enfants en bas âge: il y a des escaliers partout. Dans le gîte, l'essentiel y est, pas plus pas moins, en tout cas pour un weekend prolongé. Le lave vaisselle fuit: ne pas l'utiliser, il nettoie très mal et au final il faut laver à la main! Merci de fournir du nettoyant vaisselle plutôt que des pastilles lave vaisselle. C'est propre, les lits sont faits et les serviettes de bain sont fournies. Nous avons pris un forfait ménage à la fin de notre séjour. Idéal en mi saison et été. Doit être trop difficile à réchauffer (les chambres à part car le gîte principal possède un poêle à bois) en automne et hiver. TRÈS BON RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX SI ON RAMÈNE A LA PERSONNE PAR NUITÉE

Response from the owner The problem with the dishwasher has been resolved. The jets were blocked. If the vacancier had told us at the time the problem would have been resolved in two minutes.
