Description
Birdsong is a detached contemporary family house above Porthreptor Cove with outstanding panoramic views and a large unique balcony extending across the full width of the house.
The house is surrounded by large landscaped gardens, ample parking.
The coastal path runs across the bottom of the garden and this leads to the beaches at Carbis Bay, Porthreptor Cove, Hawkes Point, Porthkidney Sands and to the 5 beaches in St Ives town.
The two master bedrooms have en-suites, there is a large family bathroom and a cloakroom. The beauty of this house is not only its stunning sea views from nearly every room, but the setting makes it feel very relaxing and to enjoy this sense of peace there are 2 lounges and 2 patios.
The house suits anyone, as it can be used for family gatherings, and couples. The upstairs lounge has surround sound TV and the downstairs lounge has a slate bed snooker table, a football table and table tennis. We provide a separate utility room for laundry and general cleaning, and we share our store of toys and sports equipment so that you can practice your badminton and croquet. The house comes with WiFi and linen is provided.
There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away.
