Description

Conveniently placed at 30 minutes from Pisa's airport amid the gorgeous Pisan hills, with breathtaking views in all directions. We are 5 minutes to the historic castle town of LARI, & the excellent spa town of CASCIANA TERME, but also 5 minutes from a large well equipped supermarket, post office, ATM and pharmacy. 40 minutes to the coast at LIVORNO. There is ample on- site parking and you can either have access to the rooms through a nominated entrance on the street. The views from both bedrooms over Tuscan landscapes are marvellous.

House rules

The apartment now has a terrace specifically for your use, please feel comfortable to use it for relaxing any time of the day up until 10.30 at night.

In the morning it has full sun, then by mid day it offers cooling shade and then from about 2.30 again it is again in full sun. I hope you will enjoy the view and peace and quiet.

“Gorgeous, apartment in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.”

My family and I recently arrived home from a two week holiday in the delghtful Tuscan village of San Ruffino. The apartment itself is decorated to the highest standard and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The views from the kitchen window and the porch over-looking the Tuscan hills and the medieval walled town of Lari were breathtaking. The hosts, John and Luciano, were wonderful and had lots of great advice and tips on where to visit and what to see. In fact, during the first week of our vacation they had air conditioning installed, which was a great relief from the oppressive summer heat. There are lots of great excursions from San Ruffino: the coast at Livorno is a thirty minute drive away, and Pisa, Lucca and Florence are less than an hour away on train from Pontederra( 9 miles). We had a super vacation and look forward to returning in a few years' time.
