Discover the real Italy from a fully furnished house with three bedrooms and a large garden with orchard. Located in the green Umbria at 450 m altitude, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, near the cultural center of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. The house is very quiet in the hamlet Colle Baldo and 500 meters from the rustic village of Castiglion Fosco. The house is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and families with children. The entire restored and modernized home features many amenities, it has a rustic look that is typical of the houses of the region. It is beautifully situated overlooking the valley and mountains. The house has two floors and features (upstairs) features a living room with fireplace and a fitted kitchen with appliances. Furthermore, the house has two furnished bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double bedroom and a single bedroom and a third bedroom on the upper floor. The house has bathrooms on both floors. The house has been recently renovated and has a rustic feel / decor. it also has a large -eigen- garden with olive and fruit trees with a nice terrace to sit outside and a parking lot with private driveway for several cars and the property is easily accessible from the road. Colle Baldo is located in northern Umbria, just below Tuscany. the house is located approximately 500 m from the medieval village of Castiglion Fosco, 20 km from the beautiful town of Città della Pieve. at 4 km away view of the lively village of Tavernelle, with shops, cafe little, easy to exlusievere restaurants, afhaalpizerias ( very cheap and fast), supermarkets and a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool. 1 times a week there in Tavernelle a friendly farmer. At 20 km distance you can see the beautiful - cultural capital of Umbria: visits Perugia and 20 km is Lake Trasimeno where you can swim, water sports, sunbathe and enjoy the magnificent views, the Mediterranean coast and the Adriatic coast are both well to achieve. Rome and Florence are simple, direct + to quickly and cheaply to from a nearby train station (Chiusi). An excellent base for trips to the rest of Italy so.
