This third floor apartment is located in the village of Charlestown and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.28 Clock Tower Court is a third floor apartment in the village of Charlestown on the south coast near St. Austell. The apartment sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite and a balcony, one twin room with a TV and a family bathroom. Also in the apartment is an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a seating area with a large balcony. Outside is garage parking for one car. Situated near the coast, 28 Clock Tower Court is a lovely apartment to be enjoyed all year round!

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs (one 3D) with Freeview, Blu-ray/DVD, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, unlimited WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Garage parking for 1 car plus additional roadside parking. Two balconies with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs and restaurants 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Property unsuitable for children under 12 years (inc. infants).

our holiday base for South Cornwall and what a base everything you need in a spacious modern holiday home All mod cons and comfortable . Very quiet and fantastic sea views . Will be back soon
