New, Clean and Modern floor plan in the heart of Sa Pobla

We spent a week here in August and loved the property. The pool is the perfect size for cooling off after hot summer days. The spaces are open with modern high quality furnishings and is flooded with light from the floor to ceiling sliders on the main floor and over sized windows on the second floor. All spaces stay cool and quiet thanks to ultra thick windows and separate AC for all bedrooms + a downstairs central AC for the first floor. Gas cook top was a plus for cooking and the new oven, microwave and full sized fridge with Icemaker made for a great kitchen. A multi stage water filter provided filtered water so no need to lug 5L water bottles from the store every other day. Location was great - just 10 KM to the northern coast, and a 35 minute drive to Formentor Beach on the NW side of the island. Did many bike rides from the front door to explore the entire island. Wow!!

We just spent a week at Jessica’s place and it was definitely our home away from home, but with an unbelievable view. I can’t imagine a better view of the ocean and Mt Tiede anywhere in Tenerife. Several restaurants are within a 2 minute walk from the building, a small grocery, and the best beach cove in Tenerife. On top of all of this the apartment itself has EVERYTHING you need. When we return to Tenerife we will definitely want to stay there again. … see more

What a find. We have rented properties all over the world and this is one of the best. The photographs don,t tell you the whole story. As soon as you enter the villa there is a family feel about it. The villa is in a very quiet cul de sac and is only a ten minute into Playa Blanca. The sky package was a blessing as we unfortunately got caught up in the recent problems. The patio area/ swimming pool is a real sun trap with the sun shining fro 9am to 6pm in that area.Inside every thing is supplied by the owner.Marie was great to rent from and was very helpful if we had any questions. I would have no problem in going back to this villa and would recommend it to anyone. … see more
