Il est temps de penser aux vacances et au repos.

Nous vous proposons notre location de vacances dans une des régions les plus ensoleillées de France.

Situé dans la région Poitou Charente, entre La Rochelle- Angoulême-Niort- Poitiers-Royan et Bordeaux, à deux pas du Marais Poitevin, du Puy du Fou, du Futuroscope, de l'île de Ré et d'Oléron, du Zoo de la Palmyre et bien entendu des plages de la côte Atlantique, notre gîte de 4 personnes (+1 sous conditions et tarification..par exemple pour une famille avec 3 enfants...notre gîte n'est pas adapté pour, par exemple, 5 adultes)

>>> classé 4 étoiles en "Meublé de tourisme" Nous vous accueillons pour un séjour de détente dans le petit village de Fontenille Saint Martin d'Entraigues et à 4 km de toutes les commodités. Le logement de 65 m² est accolant à notre maison et est entièrement équipé :

- Couvert de 12 personnes, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, four et micro-onde encastrés, cuisson vitrocéramique,...

2 chambres une avec lits de 140/200 et l'autre avec 2 lits de 90/190, écran plat et dressing dans chaque chambre, salon (donnant sur la terrasse) avec TV grand écran, lecteur DVD, consoles de jeux (Wii et PS2), jeux de société,... salle de douche avec double vasque, toilette séparée.

- Terrasse entièrement meublée(table, salon, transats), plancha, jardin privatif, 1 place de parking privé dans la propriété, du matériel de sport à votre disposition (table de ping-pong, ballon de basket, football, raquette de tennis, badminton, pétanque, raquette de plage,...)

Piscine bois enterrée et chauffée par un panneau solaire et équipée d'une alarme aux normes NF

- Vous avez également un terrain multi-sports gratuit à 200m ( tennis, basket, mini foot/handball,...) Un grand parc avec étang et une piscine communale extérieure et chauffée à 4 km,

Gîte non fumeur (fumer est autorisé mais à l'extérieur :-) )

Nos amis les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas acceptés.

Getting around

The best is to have his own car or rent a car (rental at U Express Chef Boutonne at 4 km). Our cottage is in an ideal position for various central points of interest of the Poitou-Charente region and close to major roads (Highways in - 30km and various national roads and county) short you pay less rent over a lodging located, for example, in La Rochelle and will better position to be able to visit :-)

“Perfect!!”

We stayed here whilst looking for our own French retreat .... it is an idyllic place - so peaceful so well equipped and such a lovely host!! We will always remember our stay with such fondness .... especially since we found our own French property during our stay!!
