Description

This former stable has been renovated in 2009 by an architect creating a modern and very functional house. We just received a ranking of 3 *** by the Departmental Committee of Tourism, a sign of quality! A large ground level access allows feet to escape. The cottage has 2 closed private terraces. A 60 m3 pool (10x5) constantly heated to 28 ° (until October if the autumn weather permitting) offers a beautiful view of the countryside of sight! It is open to vacationers house from 9 am to 11 am and from 15 am to 19 pm. A common bathroom and toilet with two bedrooms and a master suite (bed 1.80m X 2.00m) with bathroom (shower toilet sink) are on the floor, a toilet on the ground floor. Quality equipment and comfort: It has in the lounge with a large window overlooking a private, gravel terrace facing south-west, - a non-convertible sofa and 5 chairs - TV 80 cm with satellite reception, stereo, DVD player - cable Internet connection and WIFI (SFR), in the kitchen area - refrigerator + freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave oven, hob, pressure cooker, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle, a SodaStream machine - washing machine, iron and ironing board, - BBQ, private south-facing terrace and gravelled garden furniture, access and private enclosed parking. Bed linen and towels, tea towels and napkins are provided free of charge. Some products available on arrival (milk, water, oil, coffee, tea, jam, maintenance products ...). A high chair and a cot can be provided free of charge upon reservation. Pets are not allowed due to the presence of our cats. The village is very quiet and very few cars passed by. An ideal position for maximum entertainment ( "Here we are close to everything and far from the world": dixit one of our hosts in 2016). Many cycling routes around Chervettes. The baker comes to 7 pm and 14 pm to fill an automatic bread distributor 200m from home every day. A small, friendly grocery toaster pastries press is at 3 km St Mard. A newsagent, butcher shop and a pizzeria are in Vandre to 4 km. The owner, relaxation therapist graduate, may offer, on request, a free session awareness.

“Excellent séjour”

Nous avons occupé le gîte "les hirondelles" du 1er au 7 mai 2017. Le logement est très agréable, vaste, lumineux, confortable et très bien équipé. Au delà de la terrasse exposée plein sud on trouve un grand jardin d'agrément particulièrement plaisant par la variété de ses fleurs et de ses arbustes. Le petit village de Chervettes, très calme, parfaitement silencieux la nuit, propose de charmantes petites ruelles que nous avons parcourues à pieds. Les propriétaires, très accueillants mais néanmoins discrets, nous ayant indiqué la présence de nombreux circuits au départ de Chervettes, nous avons apporté nos vélos et avons pu faire des belles randonnées autour du village et jusqu'à Surgères. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
