Yes you read right. We pick you up at the airport, bring you to condo and show you around. We include a brand new Yamaha Mio 125RR scooter the best way to get around Chiang Mai. We will have a Thai cell phone with sim card ready for you to use. We Include a lap top if needed with a Magic Jack computer phone to call free to any phone in USA and Canada'

20 mb internet is included your own account not shared also cable TV with English channels

Beautiful high end corner unit penthouse. Fantastic views from both living room and bedroom. Floor to ceiling glass on two walls in living room. High end custom roller shades. Beautiful Chiang Mai city views, also views of green space with large trees and Doi Suthep mountain views. Sit on the balcony (my favorite spot) and have coffee in the morning and watch the sun come up and Chiang mai come alive.

This building is only 3 1/2 years old (we are first owners) has a roof top pool with a sauna and a full gym.

I have installed a full custom kitchen with stove and the rare oven and hot water in kitchen. ( ovens and hot water in kitchen is very rare in Thailand). Kitchen is fully equiped with pots pans and plates and lots of small things nice to have in your kitchen. Unit has a washer and a dryer in the kitchen, and a place on balcony to hang clothes too.

Custom cabinets in living room and bedroom with lots of storage. High end $$$ pillow top mattress with cool gel mattress pad. Sheets and towels imported from the US very comfortable (Thai beds are like sleeping on the floor, so beware of other rental condos and hotels)

Custom made dining room table seats four, great work station!!!!. Led TV's in both living room and bedroom.

Two A/C units and a fan for days that are not that hot. Nice comfotable leather couch.

Niman area is where you want to call home you can walk to over 100 restaurants, bars, and shops. Lots of great coffee places too.

There is a brand new Shopping Mall called Maya with a high end grocery store and very nice movie theaters.

Beautiful Temples close by with great green space, running tracks, bicycle and hiking trails and walking areas and lakes.

You will love our home, it was built as our personal condo so lots of high end features.

We have built a house an just moved will be renting a few small Villas on the property in Mae Rim soon!!!

Response from the owner Thanks. for your review, yes things in Thailand are not very wheel chair friendly. But however we didnt design the condo or the building, so we try to do the best with what we can purchase. And I agree the lack of decent side walks all over thailand for wheel chairs is sad. We have now taken are condo off the Hands cap acessible list. We dont want more bad reviews for what we have no control over. Also I am very surprised you didnt even mention my wife went out her way to drive you both to the mall, wait for you to do shopping and then drive you back to condo. Also yes asian and european dryers work different then large us machines. They dry to 90% dry then you hang out for 20 min, outside on lay on bed. Otherwise the smaller machines if then dry complete clothes come out totally wrinkled. But nothing wrong with the machine. I very much think you will not another or very few condos that even have a dryer in the unit in Thailand? Next time you might be better suited to a hotel for your needs Thanks again Peter
