Description
Located just a 45 minute drive from downtown Chiangmai, this beautiful modern new home with all amenities is located on a coffee plantation in a rainforest at a 750 meter elevation. A mountain stream runs through the property and a gardener and his family are located on site as caretaker and housekeeper not far from this home.
The home is only a 1/2 kilometre from Flight of the Gibbon, next to a Royal Project and surrounded by breathtaking rain forest vegetation and fruit trees. Due to it's altitude one can sleep with the windows open at night (mosquito screen windows on every window) and breath in the fresh cool mountain air.
Top quality mattresses, goose-down comforters, a fully equipped kitchen, a back deck with a bbq and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the fireflies.
PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE! If you must smoke then please do it outside..it's very difficult to clean the house afterwards for our housekeeper.
We provide four bottles drinking water for you upon arrival in recyclable plastic bottles. There is a fresh market 20 minutes from the house and our written guide points out modern supermarkets as well to stock up.

“Great get away”
We really enjoyed our stay. The own provided us with a fresh bad of ground coffee from their plantation. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The stream was a short walk down a hill on a path. The kids had a great time playing in the water. We also enjoyed spending time around the camp fire. The yard was large with the cottage located away from the main road. This made it feel more isolated, which we enjoyed. There are shops and restaurants near by too. There were a lot of bugs, which is to be expected in the jungle, so remember your bug spray. We will try to visit again as we live in the area.
