Choose for space, comfort and luxury while still being in proximity of Chiang Mai center & airport! Go off the beaten track, enjoy local living experience while still being only 15 minutes away from the exciting city center.

As of June 2017 we have for rent our new built holiday home located in Sanpakwan, Hangdong, 8km south of the City centre of Chiang Mai. The house is kind of modern Lanna style, part of 4 houses project, located in a safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood named Paataan. The location of the house is perfect; walking distance to 7 Eleven and local fresh market (Wednesday/Friday and Sunday end of the day). With car or scooter (included in the rent price of the house) you have a perfect base to start your day tours going into the mountains, play a round of golf, explore the wood village Ban Tawai, visit the Premium Outlet or waterpark Grandcanyon Chiang Mai. Within 5-10 minutes’ drive there are numerous bars and restaurants offering Thai or International cuisine. We will be happy to point out the nice places to try out.

The 100m2 house resides on 335m2 plot and is compact and fully furnished, has 32m2 living room with open kitchen, 25m2 covered terrace with lounge area and outside dining, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (11m2 and 15m2), 2 bathrooms, 6m pool and a sunbathing/BBQ area. Other features of the house are 50MB internet, cctv, safe and IP TV.

To make sure you can fully relax during your holiday, we make sure the house is cleaned and towels changed 2 times per week.
