The beautifully designed and stunningly located Villa has 3 AC master bedrooms with spacious individual bathrooms and 1 additional air-conditioned mansard sleeping room (need to share the bathroom with one of the master BRs (separate entrance to the bathroom (“the kids do not have to pass the parents sleeping room to use the shared bathroom”).
The Villa has a private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (7x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system.
One bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and another one a double rain shower (“honeymoon shower”).
The villa features a large living room with TV and wireless internet as well as kitchen completely equipped with oven, stove, fridge, microwave…
There is a large garden with a private river side “sala” gazebo.
The villa features fantastic un-interrupted sunset views over the river and towards the mountains.
The style of the villa can be described as “Thai - tropical” with a “minimalist loft touch” – “uncluttered”
The Villa is purpose built as a “perfect vacation retreat” for family groups of 6-8 persons.
Although the villa is near to town it has a very natural environment and rural surrounding. As public transport is limited in Chiang Mai – private transport – e.g. rental car or minibus service is recommended.
There is a double car port
Several restaurants of different style and level are nearby and catering service is available.

Guests are required to keep noise to a level to not disturb neighbours - especially at night.
