Description
Our beautiful Villa Baya is a 80 sqm brand new island house incorporating all modern facilities and accommodating up to 4 persons! It has a suite double bedroom with wonderful views of the sea, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant shower bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. But the most important part of the house is its large terrace with an uninterrupted view of the landscape of Ios, the nearby island Sikinos and the endlessblue of the Aegean Sea!
Villa Baya is situated right above the beautiful port of Ios Island (7 min drive) and the Chora (capital village) at 5 min drive. Due to its proximity to the two most developed parts of the island, it is in a very convenient location and offers easy accessibility to all possible touristic services (Bank ATM’S, touristic offices, super markets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars etc. Yet due to its position being at a higher altitude, it is quiet and offers spectacular and uninterrupted views of the island’s landscape, the nearby island of Sikinos and the Aegean Sea. Most of the year, our guests can enjoy amazing sunsets right in front of their terrace!
The House offers all the necessary modern facilities like air conditioning, free Wi –Fi, multilingual cable TV, surround audio system, etc).
As a self-catering house, its kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven, fridge, coffee machines and other kitchenware, elegant dinnerware sets and glassware and local herbs for our guests to use in their cooking!
However, our goal is not just to give our guests the keys to a beautiful vacation rental.
Our goal is to offer our guests a five star service accommodation and an experience they will never forget!
